My husband and I recently went to Rona+ to purchase a new patio set and fire table. We walked in with many questions and uncertainty. My husband and I visited RONA+ Whitby today in search of mirror closet doors, and we were impressed with how a staff by name Micheal M. attended to us. He went above and beyond to assist us, and his customer service is top-notch.

I came in to buy a lawn mower. Ethan the associate in the seasonal department was phenomenal.

He fielded my question on models and drive types.

He helped me make a decision and helped me in holding the item in another store for pickup since they didn't have it.

Great guy.

Parking at this place is good. Accessible parking and entrance.

Love this store! I'm glad to find the perfect paint called Evolution and Endurance which makes the wall look more professional and cleaner! Great price! They have highly quality paint for the wall. It is better than any other stores that have less quality paint. I would recommend getting their best paint!

I had to do my basement stairway. I was lucky to meet Helena at paint department, she took her time to explain how to remove the thick and old paint, repair the cracks, prime, paint and stain them, what products and how to use them for both risers and steps. And in couple more visit that I had she did the same great customer service again, makes me feel to go back to shop more, thank you Helena 👍👏

Shopping for a new refrigerator is no easy task with so many choices at various price points.after dealing with several stores, we ended up at Rona Whitby where your salesperson Francis was completely helpful. He helped find what was best for us and offered several suggestions to help us decide.
What took forever at other stores was all done in one visit with Francis.
We won't hesitate to return to Rona for appliances and more.

Very helpful and attentive service. Came in for a piece of wood to be cut to size, and Kathy walked around the store with me, going over options, and helped tracked down additional staff to do the measuring and cutting. Haven't had such good service from a major hardware store in some time.

Went to Rona to look at a bathroom vanity on sale. Brian was so helpful even though he didn’t work in that department! He then walked away and came back with an equally awesome Michael, who was knowledgeable and helped us make a decision with a faucet. I don’t know why I’ve ever gone to the “other big box store”. Rona was the customer experience and selection I was looking for! Definitely coming here again. I highly recommend!!! Oh, and thank you to the young gentleman who helped load my car - sorry I did not get his name, but he too, wished me a great night and it solidified my excellent overall experience! Thank you Rona!

The Lowe’s sign on google is very confusing! However when you arrive it’s really Rona + store that you will find.

The store is big and employees are friendly. The store is clean and it’s also easy to park around.

I went to Rona Whitby on Gerrard St.
Ross Carnwith was an exceptional sales rep. We did not know where to start and Ross was not only knowledgable but extremely patient with us. He assisted us in designing the project from start to finish. Nothing but great things to say about him and his service. 5 stars. I am going to recommend Ross to all of my friends and family and will never go anywhere else. Looking forward to our next project (with Ross)!

Lowe's has better deals than any of the building supplies stores in the market.

My husband often visited here for his materials and tools. Service here is incredible. They always have everything in stock. You will not have to go anywhere else for what you need when you visit here.

We went to look for a dishwasher and a gas stove. The associate who helped us was very courteous, patient and provided us with all the information we needed.

I had ordered a vanity but wasn’t sure if it would fit over the pipes. I asked to measure it before I took it home. Both Lowe’s reps were so patient and helpful. They did a fantastic job of carefully taking it out of the box (and putting it back in the box:) and helping me measure it. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. They both made my experience a good one and definitely encourages me to go back with any other questions that arise. Thank you for the positive experience!

SO impressed with Lowe's Whitby. They ultimately didn't have what we were looking for but all staff took the time to talk to us and help us look. They were VERY knowledgeable about their department products, as well as the location of other products in store. Jordin was especially helpful and knowledgeable with our plumbing needs. The store is organized, well-stocked and clean, and we appreciated every aspect of our visit. Will definitely take our business back there! Thank you Lowe's Whitby.

As a contractor this is my.go to for busing materials . If I have questions the employees have the answers or are always willing to find what I want and help me load it in my vehicle

The store is always well kept and clean from the bathrooms to the lumber cantilevers. The staff do an excellent job getting rid of twisted lumber and opened bagga of concrete by selling them off at a discount .

The appliance selection is top notch and the sales people are very very helpful .

I was at the store looking for some patio furniture and received excellent service from young man Faris. He was very helpful, respectful and professional. He is definitely someone who adds a positive vibe to Lowes and I am sure he will do wonders in his emerging career. Well done

The staff there was amazing, but the icing on the cake for me was the pick-up crew Sean and his brother.
Bought 2 new washing machine from this location and had to return one, due to a manufacturer issue.
Note: (Lowes has two separate teams for pick-up and drop off of deliveries) Sean and his brother was my pickup crew; the first delivery guys made a mistake with my washing machine installation
and they instantly pickup on the mistake and corrected it for me.
The brothers are so, so, sooooooo amazing, very professional, and they made sure I was "well" informed, and felt very comfortable with my new washing machine. They spent 30-45 minutes for installation, educating and running of the new washing machine to make sure everything was perfect. They really went above and beyond for me. I'm so impressed 👏👏👏.
