Power Yoga Canada Oshawa

I recently discovered the absolutely incredible space that is Power Yoga Canada. As a total newbie, they’ve made me feel so welcome. I’ve had the most incredible experiences with Stephanie and Annie so far. After two classes, I’m absolutely hooked! Truly, a life-changing experience.

If you are looking for a loving, compassionate and inclusive studio - than you will feel right at home. I always feel loved and safe in each practice. I am not an avid yogi, but I have learned to accept my short coming during my practice and feel I am always given space to improve and accept any short coming. The cuing into each pose it done in every class - so even as a beginner you'll never feel lost or unconnected. Highly recommend PYC Oshawa

Stephs classes are always so amazing. The environment is welcoming and super comfortable as a new student. I can see there are all different ability levels at each class and it’s really a great time every time. Thanks Steph and the Power Yoga team!

I had my first yoga class at Power Yoga. It was awesome! I really enjoyed the class and was greeted at the door by very friendly staff. I will continue to go to the classes at Power Yoga. Great place and felt amazing when I left the class!!

I really like Power Yoga. I wish i could see my way clear to getting in there more. The pass was wonderful. Definitely got my money's worth. I truly believe all yogis should experience hot yoga at least a few times. It does wonders for the lymphatic system and is so healing. 🙏🕉

I hadn’t practiced yoga in a long time, but everyone there made me feel so welcomed. I didn’t feel ashamed if I couldn’t hold or even do a position because they continuously support you and tell you it’s ok.

Great experience every class I've attended.
My first time at the studio, one of the girls asked if it was my first visit and kindly gave me a tour. Greeted with positive friendly energy and smiles every time. A truly calm and consistently welcoming environment.

Not to mention, the classes are inspiring and refreshing. I love the feeling I leave with at the end of each session. The instructors are truly knowledgeable and passionate.

You can tell the staff love what they do here. Best yoga studio, hands down!

I want to start this review by saying… if you’re like me, are nervous to start somewhere new and are reading all the other reviews thinking .. “can a place really be THAT inviting and nice?” If that’s you, then my answer is yes. I too read all the other reviews and was a little skeptical. Today was my first time going to this studio and I was welcomed with huge smiles and such infectious energy. I’m really happy I made the choice to come here. Great space with washrooms, showers, change rooms,and a welcoming aura. It really feels like everyone is genuinely so excited to be apart of your yoga journey. Thank you power yoga for a great first time at your studio!

This is my happy place!! ❤I only have good things to say about this yoga studio! The environment is so warm and welcoming and the staff is amazing. The owners Kelly and Debbie are wonderful teachers and great humans. Joining the studio was a life changing decision for me and I highly recommend it to anyone with or without previous yoga experience.

As someone who has worked in health/fitness/fitness apparel for nearly a decade, I've been to my fair share of gyms and studios. But none of them has ever felt as much like home as PYC Oshawa. Literally the air in there feels different from everywhere else - and not just because it's a hot studio! Debbie and Kelly have curated such a beautiful team of teachers and assistants, and the yogis that practice there know it. I'm beyond blessed to have had this studio in my life for the last five years <3 I would highly recommend PYC Oshawa to all yogis, both beginner and seasoned. Go go go!
