Lush Cosmetics Mic Mac Mall

I've been to this location a select few times over the last few years. Let me tell you - One of the best locations ever if you are seeking good smelling products, knowledgeable staff members with a warm touch of personal connection. That's exactly the service I received from Alex, a beautiful soul, this past week when I decided last minute to take a gander at the current products & needed some assistance. What started off with asking for hand sanitizer, turned into a pleasant encounter that left me feeling appreciated, relaxed & excited about testing out some great products! If you are looking for welcoming staff & more of a personal connection while doing your shopping, thanks to Alex, this is the place!

I absolutely love shopping here. I've been coming here for years and all the girls that work here are lovely. They are so helpful, kind, friendly, and full of information about the products. They will help you find the product that works for you and your needs.

Popped into Lush at Mic Mac Mall today and had a lovely employee, Cassie, help with me skin care products! She was spectacular - friendly, kind and extremely helpful. Hope I see her next time I visit this location ☺

I love Brynn & Brooklyn at Micmac mall ! I’m that person I only leave good reviews. They just gave my fiancé and I the best treatment ever ! I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Brooklyn, she asked me questions and recommended me products for my skin concerns and tried them out on me. We had great conversation, she asked me about my life, ugh she was so awesome.

This is my first visit to Lush and my first ever review. I went to purchase few products for my 7 year old daughter and my wife. I did not get the name of the person who helped me. Sorry about that!

Everyone there is just super friendly and you never have to be afraid to ask too many questions because they are all just so welcoming!

I came into the store with my 5 yr old daughter. The staff instantly acknowledged her and made her feel so special. They showed her some cool products and gave her a demonstration. Some of them even got down to her level to talk to her. She left with a free sample and some great products. I'm not sure if this is part of their training or not but it was amazing and I will definitely shop there again for the exceptional way they treated my daughter. I wish I would have gotten all of their names. Thank you for being awesome!!

Just came out of the shop, and reviewing. Joshua was the who served what a pleasant gentleman, I am going through severe acne , he suggested so many good products and customer service was on top heights , will visit again if the product I got work for me . But it was the best experience the moment I enter.

I was in the store on Monday evening, which also happened to be sensory friendly night, and had the best service. I didn't catch the staff members name, I will next time, but they gave me all kinds of information and helped me to make a decision on a couple of products. They gave me 2 samples to try, one of which I will be buying on my next visit :) Thank you!

Great staff - they were content to help me get things off my list and then leave me to browse. I'd take a half star only because there's no hiding their bath bombs as Christmas presents, they smell great and they smell great even if they're hidden in my basement from the people getting them for Christmas 😂.

The staff here are AMAZING!!!! no matter when I go there I'm greeted like family they remember my likes and dislike and always giving you helpful suggestions. They are so friendly and even though the prices are a bit higher then regular drugstore products they last so much longer. The products are amazing they know the product and the ingredients and the benefits. I've never had a bad experience there. They are quick to to sample the product. Their return policy is so easy and ordering in product that they don't regular products are so easy to get in. Everyone at this location deserve a raise.
