I've bought a bunch of gifts from here and the employees are always transparent to let you know when you should wait before a purchase, and to recommend better priced alternatives that fit your needs. I've had a fantastic experience dealing with Shane, Will and Ahmed, I'm confident that they'll be to help with whatever you're buying.

I visited your store in Mic Mac Mall as I was having issues with my phone. When I arrived “Will” was available to support me and then “Shane”, the manager, was available to take time to support me. He was exceptional and very knowledgeable. I was very pleased with everything Shane taught me and showed me when using my phone. I was so impressed, I switched from being with Rogers for years to Virgin mobility through Shane. I was so happy with Shane, I know if I have anymore issues I can always return to count on him. Very appreciative and grateful for their knowledge. I will always return for their support!

the men in this store Admin,Shane,&Will were very professional doing their job ! I came in for an exchange for my bose head phones ,when i was told they didn’t have bose phones & exchange for a different brand i was upset but Will made me feel much better when he got me more or less a better pair ! these guys are an asset to your outfit @ the source . I went into The Source in Mic Mac Mall to solve a home office wifi issue this week, walked out with a solution -- and a new cell phone. I knew there were some cell deals yet I arrived quite late on a Friday eve -- like, inexcusably late if you're serious about a replacement. I haven't bought a new phone in years and I was woefully ignorant of the amount of time transferring the info takes. Most sales people would have firmly shooed me into the next day knowing this. Not Shane Bickerton, who manages the store. He assessed what I needed; explained everything thoroughly, attended to my colour preferences and need for a serious protective case, all the while assisting his staff with customer questions, and closing the store ... but not on me. As well, the phone rang one minute before closing and a customer in another part of the mall was welcomed in so colleague Zander could solve her issue. It was really busy when I arrived; staff were kind and courteous not only to me, but also to Shane (which said a lot about his management culture). I finally left 45 minutes after official closing time with my new phone perfectly set up. Not once was there a trace of "attitude", or resentment about closing after hours. They were kind and gracious about it. This is one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long while. Thank you!

We went xmas shopping for fitbits for family members. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who's name escapes me... Dhar something if you recognize this, you were amazing. Just an average everyday person, we shared laughs, talked about where we were from, he said he's been dreaming of going to the Cape Breton. Bud, I hope you do! We talked so much we forgot to take off the security tags and beeped going to other stores. I think it was a sign to go back and talk to him again.
Keep doing what your doing. Excellent customer service. I hope I run into you again next time I'm up even if it's just to go to your store and say hi!

The staff here are tremendous. They are friendly, interactive, and engaging. A few key characteristics that the staff members at this location demonstrate are: Transparency, Honesty, and most importantly, Patience. They are always letting me know the most up-to-date deals, phone plans, and consumer options such as where I can get the best "Bang for my Buck" whenever I walk into this location. I highly recommend purchasing tech from this location as they will do their best at accommodating you and your situation.
Definitely a 5/5 for me. Keep it up!

The best experience I've had with electronics purchase. One of the managers drove to another location to pick up a cellphone for me, where they didn't have the phone I wanted at their location. They helped me get an amazing deal on my phone plan and bought my old phone off me, leading me to get brand-new headphones at no cost to me. They helped me set it all up and make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend. Such friendly people, super helpful. Awesome team. Thanks again guys

Shane, Shane, Shane! What can’t I say about him! Shane helped me today with switching over to bell for home internet and phone. He provided exceptional customer service, and beyond. I have never left a store so bewildered and baffled by the shear quality of professionalism and genuine kindness shown to me today. Not once, but twice. In actuality it’s ever time I’m in there. But today was a WOAH! Thank you again Shane for everything you’ve done for me and my mother. It’s greatly appreciated and not unnoticed.

I was in the source today to buy a cell phone for my daughter. The service I received was amazing! Justin was very knowledgeable when answering all of my questions. He provided me with many options and was very patient while I made my decisions. I would recommend buying from him.

Anytime I go into the store I receive the best costumer service I have ever experienced. Shane the store manager is always so eager to help, so patient and kind. He is always so helpful, I can’t help but get excited to go into the store and see him. He really knows how to do his job!

I had issues with ordering online for an iphone 13 but this wonder employee helped me out a lot and found great deals for me i have been with virgin mobile for years and have always come to Mic Mac Mall for service. The Sales Associate Chloe Wentzell went above and beyond to help me and to find great deals she was so patient with me and got me what i needed she was so knowledgeable on the products and procedures. She is not the only Sales Associate there that has been awesome they all work as a team which i really liked a lot.

Great guys down there had a great experience with a fellow with the last name Tanner I believe. He reminded me of the mates back in the day at radio shack. I was really impressed with the store and how nice they were to customers not just me. I Should be getting some faster internet to thanks to him. Excellent experience! Good music choices as well in the store so the vibes were perfect.
