I'm often in staples to pick up stationary and office supplies for my workplace and every single time I go the employees are all so sweet. Everyone has a helpful and serving mindset which makes it really easy to ask questions. The real stars of the show are Roger and Kai, both so approachable, have so much knowledge on the products and are always happy to help you find the best price for the best products, and honestly always makes my day better if I get to see them. They always do their best to give me a wave and a smile and make me feel welcome. Roger sure runs a tight ship and you can tell he treats all of his coworkers with respect. Roger truly is the foundation of this store!

My wife and I were in the store yesterday as she was looking to replace her IPad. The store manager acknowledged us and came over to answer all of her questions.
We appreciated the very pleasant and knowledgeable service. Additionally he offered advice on how to copy over the content from one IPad to the other. It worked very well and was easy.
So glad we could get what we needed locally supported with expertise! The price was also very good. Thank you!

I visited Staples to print a document from my email. I love the digital printer. You send your attachment to the printer via an email address given, and it prints. The directions are clear and easy. Printer takes credit card payment, and you chose the approximate value. It only charges the amount owing for your print job. Great resource if you don't have your own printer.

Amazing customer service. I had bought Sony WF-C500 wireless headphones that stopped charging after the first week. I had bought the extra warranty but could not register a claim through the website. I brought the receipt, warranty and headphones to this store and they replaced them with no hassle! I think the service rep helping me was Jeff, very efficient. I'm very relieved and happy with the service I received today. Thank you!!

Love the convenience of the fax machine, scanner, and copying services. I use these often and quality is great.

Tried to purchase a printer that was out of stock, at first they wouldn’t allow me to purchase because of the pandemic and online site stated they were out of stock. Called head office and they were able to contact the manager. Manager of the store was super helpful and was able to honor me with the discounted rate of the previous day. Really appreciate the help and customer service!

We had an issue with a printer we purchased from Staples and the staff handled the matter in an outstanding manner. My wife and I were very pleased with the professional and courteous service and would highly recommend this location. Very knowledgeable staff and were quick to help you with what you are looking for. Though they were busy when I visited last so check out was a bit slow. Other then that 0 complaints.

Christian was extremely helpful! He helped me fix my printer problems and said to come back if I still ran into problems, he didnt make me feel like it was a chore for him at all. Would definitely go back when I need tech questions answered and to purchase things.

I use the print and copy service weekly and often have special requests to complete my projects. Val and Amber help me often and are wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and fast. Greatly appreciate they're hard work.

You can't go inside for shopping but you still can get everything they have. Easy to follow website and checkout for curbside or instore pickup. Friendly staff and fast process of my orders.

We had a excellent experience at the Steinbach Staples location .. Affy was kind and knowledgeable about what we needed. And gave us countless options that we could decide on... Was a great experience and would defiantly recommend the staff especially Affy who I believe is the sales manager there.

Always had top notch customer service, and always makes me come back. I really don't like the automated phone system but going there in person I've never had an issue.
