Doener Grill Express

Been coming here for years, awesome tasting doeners and french fries. Super good value for your money and the food tastes home cooked. A true staple of steinbach, great way to enjoy German cuisine without cooking it yourself. My favourite is the former supreme!

Love the place! Been meaning to go sooner! Great atmosphere, the people there were awesome. The crepe was perfect! Best one I had in a while!

Excellent food! Went there on a Friday evening and it was quite slow. We had the Chicken and Pork combos and also the kids spaghetti. Everyone was happy with the food.

I would recommend the strawberry and nutella crepe! It was much better than the cherry cheesecake (it wasn't bad, just expected more of a traditional cheesecake taste).

Staff was friendly and brought out the food promptly.

Stopped in for lunch while in town visiting family — they strongly recommended it.

The young woman at the front was exceptionally helpful explaining the different food to my aunt, who wasn't as familiar with doener/donair. We ended up both getting the schnitzel with spaetzl. The schnitzel was decent, but the spaetzl was really truly outstanding. Both were adequately smothered in the mushroom chicken cream sauce.

We decided to grab dessert. The strawberry baiser cake is sort of a strawberry shortcake with a merengue top. Full of flavour, but not overly rich or filling.

Decor is simple but elegant. Good atmosphere. Coffee has unlimited refills.

Excellent flavor across the board and exceptional light tasting desserts! The Coconut Torte and Milchschnitte are just a couple of my favorites!
My workplace has also placed very large (20+) take out orders and we have always been impressed!

I have eaten here a few times, and enjoyed it very much every time. Best fries in town, and I love their gyro soup and almond cake. Nice casual diner atmosphere, and the service is always quick and friendly!

ABSOLUTELY love the food at Donair. Especially the kick to the Chipotle sauce with the sweet fries😋

I got the schnitzel plate with a Nutella iced coffee. It was so good!! I thought the fries were great, not just a boring add-on.

The creamy sauce on the schnitzel plate was so creamy.

The Nutella iced coffee was the perfect level of sweet.

I am extremely satisfied with the food, and the inside is spacious and comfortable.

I recommend this place. 💖

Ordered French Fries and the cutlery was very accessible and well positioned.

Update: again the food was amazing, cutlery to go was phenomenal. Would recommend highly.

Very friendly, quick service, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Will definitely be back. I had the chicken Doener with fries. Good portions.

We stop by this place every time when we get Steinbach, they have the best Biennenstich desert!

The Gyro soup is absolutely delicious!!

I had the Chicken Doner and the Cinnamon Crêpes, very good food! Highly recommend. The bathrooms and Kitchen are very clean! Staff was very friendly :)
