We met with Dave too purchase a new bed and dishwasher and he was an absolute delight. He treated me with kindness and made me feel like a person and not a number. He said his goal was to make sure that people were comfortable but not loosing sleep over being too overpriced. He really listened and showed us options in every price range. We really appreciate his patience and kindness towards us through the whole process. We also opted in for delivery and for them to build it for us which was worth it. Marriage saver for sure if you like us and building furniture together isn’t a great experience let me tell you worth it! They were quick and made sure it was all good before leaving. I’m impressed with them Dylan was our delivery guy and he was great. The team of them were. Thanks for the positive experience. Would go back for sure!

They were very polite, engaging, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly to a tee. I appreciate knowing that the people who were delivering my furniture took care of it just like I would and that’s what great customer service is all about, taking care of the product as if it was your own. I also enjoyed the light conversions which brought everything to ease especially with my apartment being on the third floor, I’m also grateful for the patience as well. Keep it up I’ve always been so please with Dufresne and will continue to shop there and make sure people I know do as well. Had a fabulous experience with Josh! After looking for a theatre loveseat for a very small space (58” in total) for over 2 years, we finally went to the right store! Josh did a lot of research online, and then worked with a furniture manufacturer in Winnipeg. After many many calls to the manufacturer, Josh had all our questions answered. We had a choice of fabric or leather, and all sorts of colours. Even though the store didn’t even carry this theatre seating, it has been ordered with all thanks to Josh! We are now waiting excitingly for it to arrive and the removal of the old one!!!

Great experience ordering appliances online. They are very accommodating and will hold our stuff until our home is at a stage where we can bring them in which is super helpful so I can order in advance to make sure they are there when needed! The sales rep was super helpful & followed up to ensure I had no questions! Overall great easy experience
