I'm a pen guy, and I am the type of guy that's into stationary.
I walked into the store, saw your receptionist was on the phone, stood back and said id patiently wait till she was done her phone call, but I got greeted with
"What do you want".

I came in looking for MULTIPLE THINGS, but first on my list, I got told no. Which, I get it, you don't have it. But that first impression which is the most important thing in business... made me turn out that door. I'll do my shopping for things on line instead.

If im the kind of guy looking for pen parts, i'm also the kind of guy that spends money on stationary, including hundred dollar pens.
