Absolutely brutal company. Didn’t even deliver a sweater I ordered on December 3. Asked for a refund, usually it’s a credit but because they didn’t deliver in 30 days I get a refund, no credit and I looked at my visa and it was charged. They even admitted to giving a refund. Getting visa involved. No one to call, wants everything on email, never responds. Worst company I have EVER bought from.

Very disappointed with the service of this store, worst online shopping experience, nothing but problems from start to finish, placed the order, waited 17 days, contacted them multiple times, they replied at first but then not again until I reached out yet again on Day 17 only to have her say she forgot about my order. She shipped it that day express (I paid $19.95 for shipping) and sent it Canada Post which is of course never really expedited shipping and almost always delayed. Now it’s delayed another 4 days (not the store’s problem I realize but just irritating).

Awful customer service. They messed up my order- I get that happens but they made up an awful excuse and I had to send multiple emails but they didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. Also had to send numerous emails to get a refund. Would not recommend !
