The Brick

We visited the store today for the first time. We were very fortunate to met and deal with Andrew. He was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the furniture business. He was not a high pressure person band left us to do some reviews of the furniture. When we hit on some items that we liked Andrew was more than helpful in answering our questions regarding the furniture. We settled on a sofa and chair that fit our needs. He explained the ordering and receiving of the items. He was very flexible with the delivery as we would be unavailable when the furniture would arrive. We settled in a date that was convenient for us. Thank you Andrew for making this purchase enjoyable on what we usually found a chore. Andrew, you have great customer service ability. Thank you again sir.

Had a great experience from the time I walked into the Brick in Saint John until my appliance was delivered exactly how and when I was told it would. My first time shopping there but definitely will not be the last. Eduardo meet us in the store ,helped me decide what I needed. He is very friendly and professional as I found all the staff . Looking forward to many more purchases there. Many local stores in our area could take a lesson from the professional and friendly employees from The Brick. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for making my shopping experience awesome .

A really easy experience. I knew what I was looking for, the rep narrowed it down to what was best for us. Delivery was fast, the guys delivered and removed the old in about 10 minutes. No damage, really.polite and very professional.

Saint John location: My husband and I went in for a washer/dryer replacement as our washer suddenly died. Andrew Wilson was an amazing help. He was friendly, informative and found us exactly what we were looking for within our budget. Next appliance replacement we will definitely be dealing with Andrew as he made the process so simple and we walked out with a new washer and dryer that night. We've since used both and am very happy with our purchased 😊

I was created with a friendly smile and offer to assist when I entered the store. I explained what I was looking for and the sales rep was able to find the right product at the best price point for my budget. The entire process was seamless.

Richard Brown at Saint John location was amazing in helping us find the right furniture package for us. And assisted us with buying our tv, tv stand, and sound bar. He is very knowledgeable in electronics so we were able to trust his judgement on suggestions for us. He was also very friendly and gave us 100% of his attention until we were all wrapped up( about 2 hrs) I would highly recommend Richard, and this location. We have bought appliances there before, and service, and help was top notch.

Had a wonderful experience buying a modular sectional at The Brick in Saint John, NB.

Purchased a box spring from Andrew Wilson on Dec 6th and received it yesterday. Wish I had listened to Andrew’s caution when we purchased our mattress set as to height. Very pleased with this purchase.
