I definitely recommend that you utilize Windmill for any of your roofing needs. We had to have our whole roof replaced last year as there was severe weather damage as well as the boards under the shingles were completely warped as the builder didn't put any vapor barrier or tar. They were so easy to deal with, showed up on time.and cleaned everything up as they went. They communicated continually about when they would show up because of weather and were always on time. No money was asked for prior to the work being completed which was really reassuring and showed that they were honest. Also the price quoted was the price we paid. No surprise fees or anything. Great job! A year later and the roof is going strong and had no issues whatsoever. You won't be disappointed if you use them!!

It was a great experience dealing with Mike, he was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. After experiencing a leak in our roof he moved up our appointment to ensure that we would be covered if it rained again.

Mike recently repaired the roofing at one of the rental properties we manage and found him to be very professional in his services. I called Windmill because I had a leaking skylight and connected with Mike right away. He came over the next day to have a look. We discussed a few options as to how to proceed and then he executed the plan without delay. I highly recommend Mike because of his professionalism, work ethic, value, responsiveness and the quality of his work. He even took pictures of the work so I could see what he was doing up there. My skylight was compromising the integrity of my ceiling drywall and this job was done within a few days. How awesome is that?

My roof started leaking through my bedroom ceiling at 4am on a Sunday. I searched or 24 hour roof businesses and found Windmill Roofing Solutions with excellent reviews. I called Mike and he was at my house in just over an hour and fixed my roof during the continued rain storm.

Mike is wonderful. He came out to my home within half an hour of my calling to report a big leak in our bedroom ceiling. He figured out what the problem was, located the leak, and then repaired it right away. The job entailed pulling up the boards of my deck, and rummaging around under it, which was a messy yukky job but he remained positive until he found the offending leak. . He also explained to me along the way exactly what he was doing so I understood the process he was undertaking. It can be stressful discovering a leak in your roof especially during heavy rains, but there was no fuss or drama, just a reassuring, pleasant, and personable gentleman. And his price was extremely reasonable. I recommend him highly.

Had 3 contractors provide quote to reshingle my roof. Chose Windmill Roofing, they weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive. The owner sat with my wife and I and explained exactly how the job would be done. Mike and his team did a great job and we were impressed with the underlayment that was installed beneath the shingles. None of the others offered this value add. We were very happy with the outcome.

Windmill roofing are a wonderful group of men. They came to my house early and got right to work, and what beautiful work they did. I am extremely fussy as a quality inspector of 44 years at a major aircraft manufacturer and they surpassed my strict standards by a country mile.
