Great service, good food and very nice personnel! I happened to be in town with an almost empty cell phone battery. One kind person working at this location made my day by borrowing me a charger. The world is full of kind people!

I visited this Tim Hortons every single day and the girls are always great when I come through. They Don’t mind doing the little extra things like toasting my hash brown lol. See you tomorrow!

One of the girls there was really nice she had red hair very friendly around sat down at 1:30pm

The tweaked out ambience of the patrons was especially entertaining. I enjoyed the floor show. The food was good, and I survived the walk to my car.

Average service, clean atmosphere, sitting area could be a little more comfortable with cushioned seats and or love seats

Service socks if u walk in. But if u come at right time of morning te nurses change shift and there is some serious eye candy

Been coming in this particular store for many years usually just to get a coffee but sometimes some food too. And I've seen this store go through so much. They were once stable and good at handling the line ups. Because they had the staff but what people DO NOT think about is that these people ar low staffed because there was a 2 year long pandemic that affected the entire world and we're still recovering from it. I've only ever had an issue once and I don't blame them, things happen. But overall they've always been so kind to me and I've even been complimented on multiple occasions. As someone who also works in fast food here, I'm saying keep up the good work. People do see that your trying your best. ❤✨

Classic Timmies with all of the traditional look/taste/feels. Adequate amount of parking.

Quick service. Food options along with the coffee and hot chocolate. Not to difficult to get in and out of. There is a side street if you happen to be towing a trailer, since the lot is a little tight to park in.

Same ol' Tim's with their watery coffee a and delicious apple friter.

William St Tim Hortons in Brockville offered fast and friendly service, their store was organized and clean with workers cleaning while others served their customers. They were a good team this morning, like a well oil machined. The manager was pleasant and engaging with customers. Good for them.

The best Tims in Brockville for sure! And they were open although the other Tims had told us elsewise. And made our Wraps with so much love! Thank you!

Fantastic food, do not do drive thru its too slow, massive lineup. Quicker to go inside.

Awesome service and food.. I got an bisket bacon meal and wow... was it ever good... the next time we are going to ask for extra bacon...Even the hashbrown was very good.

Driving by Tims at 7am and knowing it will only take 2-3 minutes to pass through a full drive through line is really something. Those employees at Brockvilles 401 location sure know how to hustle. kudos.
