Had to claim the warranty on a product and it was so easy Karin and michelle at the brockville home depot helped us with a smile even though it was crazy in there 4 days before Xmas. Great service

This Home Depot is by far one of the best around. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The shelves are never empty and you can get everything from Lumber to Laundry supplies and even Tropical Plants! Very clean and organized so it's easy to find things!

Fix so much! I am an occassional handy woman..and if i think of what I need..
Its almost alway here..and staff are willing to explain anything!

A huge shout out to Wayne at the Brockville store. He went above & beyond with customer service. We wanted to buy a storage shed but when we saw the size of the box we knew it would not go in our SUV. Wayne said no problem, he had a truck that he would be happy to drop it off and he did. He was the most friendliest gentleman ever. Thank you so much Wayne for your help.

We had a wonderful experience at this Home Depot today. My husband and I were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. Special shout out to Karen Johnson who went above and beyond to help with the purchase of our firepit and even helped us load it into our car. They also have a beautiful selection of plants and flowers in the nursery! We will be back again soon!

We went there today to pick up a few things and look at a price match option from an online order. From the moment we walked in the service was amazing! I want to give a special shutout to Michelle who helped with the price match in the kitchen area! She made the whole process so easy for us! Great customer service! We have always had great service there but today was over the top with her kind nature and attention to detail! Thank you Michelle and the rest of the home Depot team!

I have been there multiple times in the last few weeks. The attentiveness and friendliness of every associate we have met have been exceptional every time. Our latest experience with Karen J. who explained in detail the difference between the BBQs and the pros and cons. Excellent service.

The minute we walked in , Amber came over to help us. She answered all our questions even thought she was an employee in training. When we decided on which BBQ we wanted to buy, Karen J came over to help her lift the box and enter our information in the computer as we are new customers. They worked as a team. They are great employees.

My initial order was on Sept. 14, 2022. After 4 attempts at ordering a Levolor blind and receiving the wrong size . I was ready to cancel my order with Home Depot. Amanda in Home Decor was exceptional. She cares about customer satisfaction. She made sure that it would not happen again and also gave me a discount off the price of the blind.
