Always a great experience when we see Dr Phil. He is caring, compassionate and is always thorough. The girls at the front desk, Kellie, Amy and Lori are so welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond getting us appts and calling when they have cancellations.
Lucy is always a huge support for my kids when dental work needs to be done and we feel like we are treated like family. I highly recommend Dr. Phil!

The dental hygienist was very sweet with our 4yo & made him feel comfortable for his check up. We were happy with practical advice from Dr. Dong Li on spacing & thumb sucking. Overall a good experience for a kid. Friendly & inviting team!

The whole Staff is always very friendly. Dr. Li makes going to a Dentist very easy. You almost feel like it’s one big family when you’re there. For anyone who has problems with going to the Dentist, I’m sure after one visit they will feel at ease with going to the Dentist..

I changed dentist after 20 years so I was very nervous having a new dentist. Dr Dong Li did not disappoint me, he is wonderful. He is very personable, explained every step of the process and took his time with me, he did not rush me at all when I explained my dental issues. I had a cavity fixed and I’ve had no pain from the procedure.The staff at the front desk are equally as kind, friendly and professional. I also had my teeth cleaned, Meghan was my hygienist and she is by far the gentlest I have ever had, she asked me before starting if I had any concerns and they were addressed. Iill definitely be referring Dr Li and his staff to my friends, neighbours and family. Thank you for making this transition so seamless and painless.

The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time, and it is an extremely professionally run office but with a family vibe. Everyone is very friendly and the dentist (Dr. Phil) has fantastic bedside manner. They care about your well-being during and after. I really like the fact they will ask what you hope to get out of the appointment. I've had to have a lot of work this year due to other health issues, and this has been very pleasant, and I'm grateful for getting my smile back. 😁

The girls at the front are very friendly and accommodating, missed my appointment and got me right in the next day. The hygienist I go to is wonderful always checking to see how I am doing and very friendly as well. Very safe environment with masks being warn by staff and hand sanitizer available in multiple places. Have been going here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Dr. Li’s has always had a special place in my heart! 😉. I am in constant need of dental repair and they waste no time in getting me in at the drop of a hat, to ensure my dental woes are dealt with! I have been to many a dentist in my lifetime but this one is by far the best. Beginning with the front office staff, the hygienists, to the dentists. You are made to feel very welcome and involve you with their treatment plan. Great place.
