We had a great experience when we took our mini poodle to get neutered yesterday. Received our appointment right away, very informative before and after our appointment, very friendly and straightforward. On time, and when we had questions prior to our appointment, they called back right away. So glad to know our guy was in good hands and is now healing nicely. They also fixed his small hernia...and all for $1,000 less than in Ottawa. Very happy to take our business out of town. We also had a great breakfast and friendly service at Mike's Diner while we waited. There is also a nice little thrift shop nearby, and a Winners to buy all the new gifts for our healing boy.

We had an amazing experience with booking our little Miou for his experience ❤ we picked him up and drove back home. They brought him to us in his carrier in the pouring rain and explained how to take care of him once home. Nothing hut a positive experience. The clinic is very busy, so we have to book 2 month ahead. It is hard to reach them through the phone but they are very informative explaining everything through email. Pricing is transparent, no hidden fee from what they published online. The day of procedure went by very quickly, dropped our dog at 7am and picked up at at 10:30am. They explained the post-surgery care carefully and gave us a cute certificate. Our dog seems quickly recovered 3hr after we picked her up.
I strongly suggested this place, where surgery is done by high experienced vet surgeons at the efficient way and reasonable cost.

Wish there were more clinics like this to help the community. Approximately 200$ to spay our female cat compared to 800 minimum we were quoted elsewhere not to mention a couple years wait list from ospca. I can't say how much I appreciate this service and the difference it will have for our cat's life. As a bonus, they were extremely attentive and considerate to our cat's needs as she has had problems with anesthesia in the past.

This clinic came highly recommended by rescue organization and a few vets n vet techs.
The price is very affordable. My pup was approx 16lbs and she was $325 plus tax.

Pickup and drop off is a breeze, but you could end up waiting in line a while. All instructions were clear and they took the time to contact me prior to her spay as my pup has pre-existing health conditions.

Just please do your pet a favour and don’t drive away until they are inside the clinic. I saw a dog freaking out and refusing to go with the staff after his owners drove away.

Brought our Labradoodle in to get fixed. Drop off went smooth. Friendly staff. Pickup was good. Sent me home with meds and instructions that were easy to follow.

Brought my Johnsons American Bulldog (90lbs) in to get spayed. The process was clearly explained. Drove up a bit past 7am. They gave me a tag with pick up time of 1:30 and brought her in. She was all set to go at 1:30. They assisted me in putting her in my car. They gave her a cute body suit to wear. Explained everything in detail on how to care for her. The care she received was fantastic and the pricing was half of what I was quoted in Ottawa. They include everything in the price (cone or body suit, medication, and over night stay if needed). I genuinely appreciate all the staff and care my big girl received from the kind staff. She has recovered very well so far!

I brought in my boy Beaker to get neutered. I was extremely nervous. I was so anxious. They reassured me that everything would be fine. I was so happy when we got home to see quick he bounced back. The surgery site looked very clean. He didn't need a cone and we were sent home with pain meds. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet here. You can be assured they will be treated great.
