We had an excellent experience buying our washer/dryer combo from the team at Shuh's. Our home is small and the entryway to our basement is tight, so we typically have issues with appliance haul-away and installation, but working with Shuh's was seamless.

Peter was very knowledgeable and talked me through the best options for our home, and they even sent a technician to see our space in advance and confirm they would be able to install the model. The installation went smoothly and I was very impressed with their professionalism. I cannot say the same for the people Costco sent (who showed up late, took one look at a challenging job, and wouldn't even attempt to install a unit we already purchased). Support local businesses like this one and you will receive superior service!

I bought an induction range over the phone. Jeffrey figured out the best model based on price and features. Great choice. So convenient for me. Delivery men were careful, and they made sure the range was installed and turned on. I’ve had the range for a couple of months now. Very pleased with the range and the customer service.

The upper oven on my stove quit working; I called Shuh's and they had a technician, Ed, over in a quick and timely manner. Ed came in was very friendly and professional and rectified the issue very quickly. I have dealt with Shuh's for a number of years and have never been disappointed in their product, service and warranties.

Fantastic experience with this company start to finish. Their communication is fast and efficient. Ed, our repair tech, was so kind and caring while at our house and made me feel very comfertable. Every person I connected with was helpful and happy to help me with my requests. Will use them for all my repairs moving forward. Thank you all!!

This is the only place to call in Guelph if you Carrier Furnace or AC. We had issues with our Carrier Furnace. Called another reputed and expensive firm in the area to look at it.. they spent hours on it and could not find what the issue was. Then I called Shuh's Appliance Centre and they sent Dan. He knew what he was doing. Very thorough with the work. Took the whole thing apart and diagnosed the issue post multiple tests and replaced the part immediately. It was a weird issue, still took him 1.5 hours to figure it out though but he did it and got the furnace up and running.
Extremely happy with the service and will always call them for another future needs.

I have purchased from Shuh’s since 2008 and as recently as September 2023 and have used their services for both in-warranty and non-warranty service calls. As far as I’m concerned, they are the best from the sale, to delivery/setup and after sales/services. I will only buy from Shuh’s as they have been consistently 100% top notch for me and my family.

Great experience, parts were a day later but that's ok! Would recommend!

1 ) they are a family-owned business that treats you and your needs as they would their own. We have always been fully supported whether buying new or needing service or parts.

2) Their advice is based on the quality of the machine, made in North America where possible, they know through long years of experience how to describe the appliances and help you make the best choice.

3) they are always patient and helpful no matter how many questions one asks/

4) They have their own delivery crew. Incredibly efficient, polite, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. This is a very important fact that perhaps most people do not think about initially.

5) They have their own service department with knowledgeable, trustworthy staff.

We just finished a small apartment and purchased all of the appliances from Shuh's. Again, we are very pleased in every way and highly recommend them!

I have purchased multiple appliances at two different houses from Shuhs and they are great. They service everything they sell, and their installers actually care. We just had a new washer/dryer installed and they took extra time ensuring they were perfectly level so they would not make too much noise when operating, and they checked the vent and even cleaned it before leaving. Everything from Sales to Service and Delivery! One Stop shop and great prices, you cant go wrong!

I paid a deposit on a new dishwasher, when the installer showed up to install the new one he actually ended up fixing the original one. He called the store for me to request a cancellation/return of the new one I bought. Shuh’s had no problem with the return and even refunded 100% of my deposit, not even charging me for the installer to come out. Very much appreciated and I will absolutely be using Shuh’s in the future for any appliance needs I have!!!

Emailed a part request. Jeffrey responded to my email very quickly. He ordered the correct part right away, and I was able to pick it up within days of the order being placed. My dishwasher is now running properly as I write this review. Highly recommend Shuh's!

Shuh's is downright the best when it comes to appliance's, any part you need or a whole new appliance they got. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable in their field. These guys deserve the support and my first choice when i need something for my appliance's.

Fair pricing and very professional - we had some challenging appliance replacements happening at the same time as a back-up generator installation, all requiring coordination with an electrician. Phil and his team worked through all the issues very well, helped us find a terrific electrician (Advanced Electrical Contracting - Frank Cicogna) to work in parallel with the Shuh's team, and were able to install the gas line for the back-up generator along with the appliance installations. Everything went very well, and we got great prices on the appliances.

Yes! These guys over big box appliance store any day! Wife and I bought a washer and dryer from Shuh's appliance and they had it delivered and installed on the day they said they would no problems, and it was on a Saturday! Installers were very good and absolute professionals! We had them install it in what used to be a closet, so they had to use the stacking kit. They had the job done in under a half hour and we are so happy with the machines! Amana front loaders. Great product, great service, no hassles. Thanks a lot guys!

I was helped by Shuhs parts and service department with some issues I had with my furnace. Ended up contacting them after being ripped off by a local HVAC company (avoid Aido!!). The tech who came out, Jon, was extremely kind, helpful and really knew what he was doing. He did an amazing service job on the furnace and got it running good as new, going above and beyond what we needed! Will definitely call them back next year.

We have purchased several appliances with Shuh's. They have competitive pricing, carry a good range of brands, and their customer service is great. They also have fantastic installers. Overall, a fantastic place to shop and we would recommend them to family and friends.

John G at Shuh did a great job installing and helping us with our gas fireplace. He was honest, punctual, clean and very communicative throughout. We also appreciated his resourcefulness in helping with our older gas fireplace and even sourcing electrical work to get appropriate wiring done above the fireplace.

Went there to buy a new dryer for our shop. They had 1 on sale for 200 bucks off. I needed it quickly and they said if I had a truck I could have taken there and then. I had to get it delivered and it was delivered 2 days later and installed for us. Great service thank you. I wish I had of come here before when we had to get a new washer.... I will recommend you to anyone we know who is looking for a new appliance.
