I can not say enough good things about my experience with Aman kapoor , I have been having issues with my email for months, he was really patient as I’m not great with technology. He was so helpful and fixed the problem. I highly recommend this store and Aman.

About two weeks ago, I came into Jump+ with a MacBook issue. I had the pleasure of working with Yagna, the technician. I cannot thank him enough for helping resolve the issue with my Macbook and the rest of the team for their patience and kindness. He repaired my laptop the same day and went out of his way to ensure everything was in order before I left the store that day. From the start, he confidently answered all my questions and reassured me of any doubts I had. I'm very pleased with how my experience went at Jump+. I have replaced battery of iphone 11 pro at jump plus kitchener. Ishwariya was very helpful. The process was very fast. It took lot less time than i was expecting. I am really impressed with service.

Yagna gave me excellent customer service, i was told that they need atleast 15-20 minutes to do my work but i was in a hurry, so they did it in just 5 minutes, great service overall.

I visited jump+ Kitchener store today, with a payment issue I’ve been having for a long time with my Apple ID, I visited the technician yagna mrinal, he helped me to reset the my Apple ID password, fix my payment card on my account, also helped me with an issue on my husband’s iPad. Will definitely recommend jump+ to all my family and friends. Will come here for my future apple purchases.
