Found some great stuff for the house and even managed to get some Christmas shopping done already! Can’t beat a lot of these prices. Get the membership; it’s worth it for the warranty/extra days to do returns.

Great store, great prices, and great staff. People at the back desk near electronics, and as well as the front desk were super nice. They have some American food as well but it's a little overpriced. 3-month warranty on phones and they even exchange things such as batteries but no exchanges on clothing. Clothing is final sale. Come on over and see what kind of deals you can find.

Amazing place to shop for new and refurbished items. Definitely my first choice for anything I may need. Will always check their website and see if they have anything I might be interested in buying. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Location has plenty of free parking.

Good deals. Depending on what your looking for. Refurbished products sold here and brand new items. I bought a refurbished phone here and a chrome book. Many more items also.

Found what I need and the keyboard and mouse works well. Spacious store and lot of eye catching time wasting good available for a individual who just want to browse and have a little shopping therapy. Go in, you will find something you need that you don't know of. They have almost everything except clothing, they probably have clothing. But if you are looking for quality product that you want to last years on, maybe this is not the place for you.

The manager Catherine or Katherine is the most competent and sincere manager I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with , this location should be considered the best location in Ontario because frankly the other locations are all run by incompetent staff who have an attitude on-top of being incompetent. The manager followed up with me after weeks of my local store having forgotten about me and discouraging me for waiting for my item , when suddenly this store said it was possible to find my item and send it to my local location. I would move to Kitchener just to deal with this store.

I went here recently do pick up a brand new TV and as it was not brand-new forsake it was still a very good price for the condition that it was in. Staff here are very understanding and I'm glad to know that I can't have a purchase you again as there was many friends that gentleman by the name of room Lin I believe he was a very helpful manager and the other staff were very helpful and helping me with all my questions and concerns. Recommend to anyone that wants a decent deal

Need a whats it. Need a due dad. How about a thing a mi bob. Well maybe they don't have all that but I have bought some pretty decent stuff from here over the years. Looking to get started with all the stuff you need for an apartment. It's cheap and when it breaks a few years from now you won't feel bad because you didn't pay an arm and a leg for it. This store has a ton of electronic stuff at a great price. You need a gadget this is the place to get it. This store is awesome.

You can get some really great products here for a really good price. Especially seasonal things like patio umbrellas or humidifiers. Also really good selection on out-of-the-box TVs for a great price. We have been here many times and never regretted the trip. I would highly recommend.

Staff was wonderful. We bought a phone for my wife there last week, and it stopped working. They immediately replaced it and talked her through the process to transfer all her old data. Great Service!

Good Store for shopping with relatively low price. But their refurbished Certified Products are not always dependable as my son bought a refurbished IPad which did not work well though he was satisfied of getting his money back.

Not sure if maybe there was a different manager before (based on other reviews), but my experience with Katherine was great. We had a small mix-up with a pick-up, and she made it easy to sort out. Other staff pleasant and helpful as well.

It's mostly liquidation/refurbished items, so do some research beforehand. We were able to get two portable AC units for easily $100 less than anywhere else out there...no issues at all!

LOVE this place, shopped here all the time when I lived in the area. Staff was always friendly, service was always quick, and the Management here is STELLAR! Love that they allow dogs in their store.

Only time I've ever seen someone complain about "issues" with the management, was because the customer lied to the managers/staff to try to get what they wanted and the manager called them on it, or they gave a staff member or manager unnecessary attitude. You don't get to take out your bad day on retail staff and expect to get everything you want.

15/10 would absolutely recommend this store. Management deserves a raise for some of the things they have to put up with on a daily basis.
