I just returned my tv and internet modem and boxes two guys working in the counter very polite they explained everything very well, before I come to this location I went to silver creek and willow rd which is closed to my house , as soon the lady behind the counter found out that I am returning bell Canada service boxes told me our printers are not working I asked her all of the locations she said yes , I still drove to this location wasn’t true, that was my experience ,thanks

I always get really friendly and nice service here. Whether it's the wife or husband, they always try to find the best option when I'm shipping things. They're also super quick in finding my packages. Never had a bad experience with them.

I’m not really into reviews but this canada post location branch is worth to do it,😀special mention to Sir Peter stone Kim he was very helpful friendly approachable and great person as well as his wife 😄😁customer service are excellent , on point by giving information everything about the shipping process local and international, I’ve been a long time regular customer and would always come here , we’re there old people yes , but when it comes to customer service concern I will give them a five star ,and they were really help you with those people had a problem for shipping and immigration issues and concern 100 percent I guarantee that to their upcoming new customer😃😊more power and success in the future ,thank you very much for all the help I really love this people !

Love this place, and really like the owners. I don’t know why people would give this location less than 5 stars. I have been getting to know the owners, and they are some of the sweetest people I have met. Like anything in life, you have to make the effort to say hello, be kind to people, etc. I think the low ratings says more about the people giving the reviews more than the people being reviewed.

It is disappointing to read the reviews below; there is no need to point out they are Korean. The two clerks at this post office do an excellent job of what they do. They are quick to serve, are quick to answer, and quick to move onto the next customer. They may come across as "rude" but really they are not. I've had the pleasure of getting to know them, and they are very kindhearted people and proud parents of a son who is an engineer. I always go back to them because they are efficient at what they do.

I always come here for my packages either to send or receive, lovely couple who works here, they are always helpful. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews... It does get busy during the holiday season so I can understand it must be tiring to be working all day.

Best Canada Post location ever. A while ago they had different management and I think that's why the average rating is not good. But the last few years have been amazing.

I've had many of the same negative experencies in the past: delayed/missing package notifications, unpleasant/unprofessional interactions when picking items up, etc.

The owners changed recently and the new owners are much more professional and pleasant to interact with.

Good quite place. Welcoming staff. Came for a package drop off. The attendant came quickly to the desk and helped me out. Great service.
