Tim Hortons

So many people leave just negative reviews, I want these employees to be recognized for a positive experience. Today (04/11/23) around noon, a very friendly, upbeat woman took my order through drive through. At the window she was training another woman, they were both so pleasant and friendly. I hope they are recognized by management, especially when so many employees have to deal with so much negativity.

I have to admit, I wouldn't normally rate a Tim Hortons this high but if you go to this one during the week when all the full-time staff is working they are on point! They're always super friendly and never mess up an order. If you go on the weekends or evenings I'd say 9/10 times you'll get some pretty decent service and your correct order. This is the best timmies to go to! I'll normally get a large French vanilla half coffee or a medium iced capp made with lactose free milk and they are always great! Last week I tried a medium caramel iced capp for the first time and was surprised by how yummy it was. Would ask for no whipped topping next time though but highly recommend if caramel is your thing!!

I made a dream catcher for one of your staff members because she made my day better one time. Going to miss her when I leave here

Damn this place was so good not even gonna lie like mhmhmhm it was so delicious. The bagels were so crispy n worm, and in Ottawa they don’t have jelly filled donuts so it was just yum yum

Stop for a quick cold drink. Drive thru was very quick getting everyones orders so they can be on their way. Keep up the awesome work

Great donuts and hot chocolate for a cold day or in the morning for a cup-a-coffee basically I would say this is McDonald's rival company but for what Timmy's serves it is far superior to McDonald's

Quick service ordered through app. Staff are friendly and well mannered. Coffee and baked goods always fresh and consistent.

Its timmies you know what your here to get. Dark Roast only for me but great coffee and great donuts.

I go here all the time. Clean, friendly staff, fresh food and despite being very busy also always, they are still quick with the drive through.

Great service and really clean. No issue with my order. It normally takes 2 or 3 go's to get it right.

Friendly staff. Drive-thru is very busy at this location at peak times and can make the small parking lot difficult to navigate.

They make good food and they don't charge you because they don't like you pulse the employees are nice people

We used to go every day after work, the staff got to know us very well. We always left with a smile on our face and coffee in hand.
