From the start to finish, it was NOT a dealership experience!!!!!! Made an appointment to test drive the Alfa Romeo Stelvio that we saw while driving by. Within minutes our sales professional Frédéric texted us and made sure we were set up to drive. COVID protocols were respected, the Alpha had gas in it. While we were test driving, they got us approved and evaluated our car to a fair wholes amount. In and out, 45-60 minutes…what!?!?

While we were at home to sort out insurance and additional responsibilities, Jacinthe worked hard to negotiate even better rates and extra protection…FOR LESS!…wow!!

Delivery took an hour and everything was explained, car was cleaned, filled with gas and both Frédéric and Jacinthe were with us till the end!

We are going to be in the market for a Wrangler/Gladiator and we WON’T go anywhere else!

Spectacularly impressed and suprised!

I worked in the car sales industry for years and have seen every sketchy trick that dealers and sales people try. That doesn't exist here at Belanger.

The vehicle I came to see was not only physically available, but ready and priced exactly as advertised. Not only was I blown away that not a single dollar was out of place. I was presented with a full summary, without even having to ask.

There is no 4 square (a common practice in many dealerships) or voodoo math hiding hiden fees.

Bob and the sales manager (apologies I forgot your name...) showed me that ethics is not completely lost in this industry.

Finance... Is finance. I personally don't agree with how this role is pay structured as it causes people to sell product that may or may not be useful for the sake of feeding themselves (commissioned). However, just because I didn't purchase additional protection on this vehicle doesn't mean I do not believe in its value. The product must fit the purchaser.

Had I been able to work with people such as this during my time in sales, I probably would have found a home. :)

All in all, I will be back.

I recently purchased a brand new 350HD Ram from another dealer. After returning back to Ottawa, the batteries died, after being parked for two days, and the undercoating had not been completed properly. Jason and the service department assisted me in ensuring that new batteries were installed, under warranty, and that the undercoating would be completed. I picked up my vehicle yesterday, after the undercoating was completed, and it is like night and day. I highly recommend Belanger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They are respectful, polite and most important honest! All of my service will be performed by them moving forward.

This is where I have my truck serviced. Have had it there for a couple of warranty items. Staff at service desk, along with technicians, were polite, professional and friendly. They know their products well and were able to make the repairs quickly. Quite happy with the service I've received so far! Update: Still having positive experiences with the service department here to this date.

I highly recommend Belanger Chrysler if you’re in search for your next vehicle purchase. The process from start to finish was handled professionally and with ease from the whole team front to back. My story- I was in the market for a new 4-door Jeep Wrangler for about 1.5 years. I spoke with MANY different dealerships over that time in search for the right Jeep as well as- a transparent dealership and team willing to accomplish whatever it took to earn my business and not force a deal upon me. Let me say, I live in the Toronto area and there is many dealerships close to me. Some great, some not. Within 3 days of speaking with Bob Tippins and Jacinthe Roy (with other deals lined up)- I was scheduled to pick up my brand new Sahara Altitude from Belanger that week. I had many upfront questions, many prior quotes and a lot of research on the specific trim model I wanted. They gave a fair quote, answered all of my questions honestly either through email or over the phone and I never once felt pressured to buy immediately or drive to the office to be forced into a deal before going over things openly. To say they were great would be an understatement. With great patience I was willing to drive 4 hours to make this deal happen. That should say a lot in itself. They earned my business with not only their personalities and accommodating approach- but also their professionalism. I would take the time to speak with anyone there as- when I arrived at the dealership all other members of their team that I spoke with were also amazing, friendly and easy to talk to.
