I just want to say how delighted I was using the service department at Harmony Hyundai. The staff is extremely friendly, kept me informed about all my vehicle maintenance needs and even gave me a deal because I needed brakes replaced. I asked for help, they said yes. I called last minute, because my brakes were grinding, they took me in right away. Thanks again to Norm, Shane & Guy for the amazing customer service. I'll be bringing my car and my family's vehicles there from now on.

While Ottawa dealerships are more serious and rushed, It has been our experience that Harmony Hyundai, while often busy, is much more friendly and customer-focused. I find it important to say here that my service experience was on another level. I feel that I got a real one on one human interaction. It's rare nowadays finding a place to walk into and not feel like a number. The best part and the reason for writting this review is that, I thought all Hyundai Dealers had the same prices. NOT THE CASE. Harmony Hyundai's hourly rate is much, much lower than in the city. Worth driving the extra 10 minutes when you save $217.00 on a service invoice. See you next time guys. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Harmony Hyundai. The service department is excellent and very trustworthy. They perform the work that is required and let you know what can wait.

I called for an appointment expecting a few days before I could get in. I was able to get same day service. The work was done quickly and within the time promised.

The service manager, Guy Beauregard, is excellent and very professional. He is always available to answer any questions you may have about your service experience.

I live in Orleans and i can say that it's worth the drive. Nice to bring your car to a place you can trust.

the best customer oriented place I've ever experienced in my 36 years of driving, true to their word, no pressure, no nonsense, just an A team ready to greet you at the door. Bought a 2024 Preferred Elantra from here, Ricardo was an amazing sales person and was very clear with everything about the car. The finance manager, Alain was also a very kind and patient person. I had a lot of questions to ask and both of them answered fast and in ways that made a ton of sense to me. The entire dealership is also very clean, and I know I will be coming back for my next car.

Got my first car from this dealership and they made the entire process so easy and smooth. I never felt pressured throughout and they were able to respect my budget and give me the price I wanted on a 2024 Kona lease! Despite availability challenges, they were able to find the exact model and trim I wanted and I was able to come pick up my car in less than a week. Since 2012, we were dealing with a Hyundai Dealer in downtown Ottawa and we decided we wanted more of a country / family feel so we decided to visit Harmony Hyundai. We were absolutely delighted with how well we were greeted on the phone when we called and in person when we arrived.

As a growing family, we wanted to trade-in our Elantra to get something bigger while in the same time treading in unknown territories with wanting to lease for the first time and exploring electric options. The sales representative (Ricardo) and the General Manager (Keith) were VERY patient with answering all of our questions and easing our concerns. (They were also very nice and patient with our young kids!)

The leasing process went super smooth and with their knowledge and suggestion we were able to pick a new 2024 Hybrid Tucson. We also met with the Finance Manager (Alain) and he also was very nice and answered all of our questions. He went in detail about the lease and what every number meant. Once everything was signed, they let us leave with it VERY quickly even though it was their only model on the lot. Being this flexible meant a lot to us. The SUV was in pristine condition and they spent even more time with us to explain all the functionalities. (This being our first Hybrid vehicle, we had a lot of questions!)

We haven't had the chance to service the vehicle at this location yet so I can't review it yet but we met with the Service Manager (Guy) and I look forward to service my SUV there.

Overall, I would recommend this location 100% of the time. We felt welcomed and it has the family / country feel we were looking for and not the "cold" atmosphere of downtown dealerships. Thank you again for the great buying experience!

When I picked up my car on Sept 18, I had the pleasure of having Amanda Gustafson to walk me through the features of the car. Her people skills are extraordinary and the reason I say that yesterday I panic due to a feature appears on my dash had no idea what it was. I went to the dealership with no appointment. Amanda greeted me with a smile and explain what it was. I left with appreciation of the great service from this amazing individual. Thank you Hyundai for hiring amazing people. She is definitely a great asset to the company.

Our salesperson (Amanda) was friendly and non-pushy in getting us an excellent return on our 10 yr old trade in, and helped us get a better deal on our newer car.
