Manager was very helpful and friendly.. cheerful person brought up the meal the table smiling for everyone.
Place was clean and impressive.

First time inside The Big M in yrs. This visit also included to small boys 2 & 4. Went very good shame no play area

Came into this place a few times, very lovely! I believe a young asian lady Mckenna served me - she was very nice and had a great attitude! The nuggets were so moist and juicy like Erz- Anyways, keep it up rockland!

The woman who helped us with our order this afternoon was genuinely kind and made our short visit legit uplifting and positive 🙂

There was an unfortunate mix-up with my mobile ordering and the 11 am breakfast cut off for whatever reason when going through the drive-thru. The order had to be canceled and re-written. It was unfortunately wrong. Everything was doubled but no coffees. I sometimes have difficulty speaking due to a medical condition. I just couldn't get my words out. They were SUPER PATIENT and VERY ACCOMMODATING. They fixed the problem. Super staff. I don't know what changed in the past year but that's the best crew I've seen there in years.

The cashier was very helpful and considerate. Even when my gift card was not working. She did everything possible to help. Thank you.

EXTRA PICKLES please! Awesome experience, it was great and efficient. We were happy we remembered for the extra pickles. Love love pickles. Happy day.

Went through the drive through minutes before closing and expected understandably lower quality service/food. Were pleasantly surprise by very upbeat, friendly and efficient staff. The food tasted great also. Kudos to the evening shift!

Kudos to the team at this location. Corporate should be using this spot as a training store. Seriously. They can clear out a line around the building in 5 minutes and everytime I visit the food is hot and fresh and to top it off the staff are always friendly. Proof that it can be done. Take a bow team.

I go once a month with my daughter and they always treat her like a princess.

She is only 3 but I try to give her choice on what she has which can take a bit of time but have never has anyone get annoyed.

She has been given a toy without ordering a kids meal and colouring Pages.

To go to a fast-food restaurant and have the staff make it a memorable thing for my daughter is special considering how little they get paid here they treat the customers good.

Always clean and covid rules are enforced so it feels safe.

They all deserve more pay, a union, or turned in to a cooperative.

Cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Hunter at the Rockland location. Her attitude is infectiously positive. She is delightful, polite and offers drive-thru customers a great experience. The world needs more people like Hunter! 5 Stars!

Wonderful experience except for the young female worker who took 25 minutes to mop up a drink that we spilled accidentally underneath our feet. I had to take the mop and finish it off myself!!!
She is too slow ....sorry.

I'm not from around here but I've visited my Aunt Stephanie a lot of times in 2016 & going on to 2017 in my Opinion I have never had a terrible experience with this location yet. My food order is always correct & always has been Fresh/Hot. I just love all of the staff that I've spoken to so far. Way to Go McDonald's On Laurier St. Rockland,Ontario.

Best quarter pound blt I had at McDonald's! Nice staff, bilingual as well which I appreciate. The one entrance/exit parking is tight especially when crowded and driving a Chevy with a trailer lol
