Well as usual I was attended to very kindly. They assessed my issue and everything is underway to being fixed. Joel always greets me with a smile and always some fun chats which I think is needed when your mind is only focused on your vehicle and how much will it cost in repairs. Thanks Joel as always. Been coming to Roch's for over a decade, usually with larger repairs I either don't feel like doing myself or more complex stuff like transmission work. The team there has always been awesome - quality of work, managing expectations, honesty are top notch. On a few rare occasions that issue didn't get fixed the first time, Roch always had what I felt like a fair resolution. Highly recommended!!

We had our power steering pump changed on our Honda, they noticed another small issue and fixed it up . They let us use a loaner vehicle since the garage is a fair distance from where we live. Make no mistake it’s well worth the trip over . The car runs better than ever now . These guys are great!!

Got great quotes on new tires and the service so far has been awesome. My family has gone to them for years now but, this was my first experience with them and I am not disappointed. They were the lowest quotes I found in town and so many options were given to me. The owner even served me himself!

Very impressed with Roch & his team. Needed the engine replaced in our son's Subaru, and took it to this shop because it was so highly recommended. Roch was fantastic to respond to our questions, and offered us several different options to suit our budget. The work was done quickly, a little less than the price we were given, and there were no issues afterwards. If you want to deal with a honest & professional shop, this is it.

I just brought my son's Subaru STI to get repaired and Roch was amazing. He was able to fix his spark plug issue that another garage messed up and he was very honest and professional. He communicated very well and really cared about the customer experience. You will always get our business and I recommend this shop to anybody in a heart beat. Keep up the great work Roch.

I had visit for an oil change on my Legacy, everything was clean and mechanics are very knowledgeable. During said oil change it was found that my rear ball joint was going bad. We got in group and figured that good option would be to do it under warranty. I really appreciate Roch helping me with such costly repair which was done under warranty.

I will recommend them to everyone and long drive will be worth it!

Brought my Titan in expecting new brakes, was surprised when I was advised that they were good, and that just a cleaning would be a good option. Talk about being honest. Have to appreciate that these days.

I went to Roch Drouin Auto Center in Rockland Ontario today for the servicing of my Subaru Forester 2019. I found them to be exceptionally professional, honest and trustworthy. The service was a basic oil & filter change however they did inspect everything at the same cost. I highly recommend them.

I am fairly new to the area and I luckily picked this garage for service on my car. When I called I could tell right away that the customer service was good by just the way they spoke to me. I am a single woman and have had some experiences where I was treated like I had no clue what I might be talking about. Not the case here at all. I am very happy with all that was done and the exceptional service I was given. I will be back ! Thank you :)

Brought in my 2008 Subaru for a couple of head gaskets - They finished it in a a day and a half. Explained everything to me and showed me my old parts. Invoice was pretty self explanatory. 1 year warrantee of parts and labour.

Will recommend this shop to everyone I know.

I came to Roch's for the first time about 3 years ago even though I lived in Kanata because I needed some work done on my Subie, I was fed up with Otto's and he's a master Subaru mechanic. I now bring 3 vehicles to him and my friend has since brought another 3.

Roch and his guys always do a good job and they care about my vehicles as much as I do. These guys don't cut corners and clearly take pride in their work. And Roch does stand by it if you have problems. What's really good is that Roch will also actively look for a way to save you money while still getting things done right. I've had this happen on several occasions and really appreciate it.

Another thing that's really refreshing is that Roch will actually show you things on the car while it's up on the hoist, explain to you the problem you are looking at, tell you how important it is to fix and give you options and costs to repair. He actually enables you to make an informed decision and really tries to do right by you. I highly recommend him on a regular basis to anyone who actually cares about their car and is looking for a mechanic!

I recently bought a 2011 subaru sti and was searching for a good shop to do a thorough inspection on it. Stumbled across Rochs garage on forums and how everybody praises it pretty much. So I gave them a try. I brought my car in for an inspection and a compression test. Roch drove the car for a bit and came back and told me that I didn't need a compression test. He knew I was just worried about the dreaded ringland failures on these sti's and said the car runs great and he could tell if there was something wrong in that area. He just saved me a couple hundred dollars! He replaced a few filters and belts for a great price compared to the dealerships. I live in barrhaven but I will always make the trip to rockland for any repairs or maintenance for my Subaru now!

1 thing I wish you would change is being open on weekends :( it makes it tough to bring my car on the weekdays as I work fulltime. Lately i`ve have to bring my car to another shop because of this. :(

Great service, great group of folks. Brought in my F250 for a spark plug replacement. Since they specialize in Subarus, I wasn't sure what to expect with the truck. The 5-star reviews here definitely made it worth taking the chance.
Well, I can attest that while they may specialize in Subarus, they don't have a problem handling any other vehicles. Spark plugs out in record time (given 5 out of 6 broke on extraction... a known Ford issue), cleared the CEL and drove it around to make sure everything was functional. Fair on the billing, too, no issues there. I'll be back.

This is the second time using this company and I am pleased every time! Reliable, honest, and efficient with their services. I will always bring my vehicle here.
