I was reminded today how friendly & helpful everyone is that works at this location. The store is always stocked up and very clean as well. This has been our family’s pharmacy for the last 20 years & will continue to be…. Thanks Elaine & Happy new year 🎉🎉🎉

I rate this store a 5 star because it is my preferred location. Been going here for years and years. I love the staff, they know my entire family.

However, there is a woman in cosmetics, I am unsure of her name. She isn’t tall and she has short brown streaked hair. She is so rude every time we come in and she’s working. She doesn’t greet us like the other ladies in cosmetics do. When we need help with a cologne or perfume, she gets notified with the loud noise that we are in the perfume section. She ignores us and continues to ignore us. As soon as another person(s) comes in and requires assistance or is browsing she asks them if they need help. My son spends all the extra money that he gets on cologne when he has a chance. We have bought so much cologne there and we usually get a bunch of samples or optimum points. We usually get a gift with purchase. She doesn’t honour them or says she’s out. I don’t want to switch stores because I love the other staff and pharmacists who work there. But this associate should be treating every customer equally and not judging them by race or the way that they’re dressed because that’s exactly what she does. She does it to my daughter as well and my daughter buys tons of make up and skin care from Shoppers. Never once asked if she needs help, instead the woman follows her and spies on her to see if she’s stealing.

The Village Landing Shoppers Drug Mart in St Albert deserves more than a five star rating! 🏆 Today is Family Day and I woke up with a bladder infection. I called Shoppers Drug Mart health clinic and I was immediately transferred to a pharmacist to speak to. I am five weeks postop Knee replacement and unable to drive. She quickly prescribed me medication for my bladder infection and had one of her staff members walk it across the street for me! WOW! Service doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you Elaine Mah for the outstanding service, so appreciated.🥰

I brought my daughter to the pharmacy today and the pharmacy staff were all so helpful! She got a strep test done and the pharmacist was very proffesional and sweet to my daughter. He tested her and prescribed the proper medicine for a positive strep. I can’t explain how gratefull I was to not have to bring her to medi centre on a Friday night and have to wait to get results. So thankful!

Have been going here for over 10 years. Friendly staff and have never had a problem with my RX pickups.

The pharmacy staff have always been prompt, courteous, and professional with me and my family. The pharmacists diligently explain how each prescription works, and they are happy to answer questions. Will continue to shop here!

The Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy in Village Landing is amazing. Elaine has went above and beyond to help our family with our prescription needs on a few occasions. Her knowledge and friendly approach is so much appreciated. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Very helpful staff alway polite. Oh yes I was calling about the vacinations that's right and the phamacy was right on it. OH my goodness they gave me detailed info I needed to know and I was sooo thankfull my phone was almost dead and I needed that info right now so it was vital thankyou Shopper Drug Mart😆💜

I went this place for pick up the camera. That night(December 5th 2018.)one of staffs she helps me so well and nicely at photo shop area. Even when I called to store to ask something on the phone one night before, that staff was super nice either. I would like to visit this location again.

I just wanted to say how lovely Marie is at the beauty counter. She is so friendly, I always look forward to chatting with her when I come in!! Always helpful if I am looking for something specific!!
