Just got my morning coffee from Samuel. He was extremely friendly and well-mannered.

The young gentleman that's been working there a while has impressed me. He's able to problem solve, manage closeout procedures and train a new staff member all at the same time. This guy deserves a raise! Give this locations some patience and remember that your service workers are doing their best to serve you !

I’ve gone here multiple times over the last 7 years but as of next week I’m I’ll be officially moving to Fort Saskatchewan so I’ll be back way less frequently. So I just wanted to say thank you to this Tims as I’ve walked to it way too many times to count as I lived like a 7 minute walk away across the river behind the mall. Anyways sometimes in the 7 years hasn’t always been perfect but I’m very understanding and I’m always patient as I respect those that work at this Tims as it looks chaotic at times but they always do well for me. Basically thank you for the last 7 years and the many breakfast wraps, English muffins and ice Capps. Oh also the grilled cheese and wedges too. I do PPV to come back ever now and then if I’m in town. But my time in St Albert as a main resident is switching to Fort Saskatchewan next Monday. It’s been good 👍 cheers to this Timmy’s in the mall.

Although it took some time with line up aka, needing more staff! I believe the service was amazing... My coworkers and I work in the mall, when our order was delayed, the cashier offered to deliver the extra drinks I couldn't carry. They were real people working who were conversational and apologetic for these delays. I commend them on the extra mile, making our day! You made a potentially bad review, a very great one. Excellent service folks, just please for the love of god, get more staff. (in production)

This location isn't quite as organized or efficient as other ones, but since it is still relatively new, I'll let that slide. That issue aside, this place is about what you would expect from Tim's. It not surprisingly has very good, addictive coffee. I love their chicken soup, although they always seem to run out of it several hours before they close which can be a bit frustrating. Their wraps and sandwiches are pretty solid as well.
