Tim Hortons

We were offered coffee in a china cup!!! Other locations in St Albert won’t. Our order was delivered to our table ! Danielle was a refreshing change to how we are usually treated by staff. Other locations couldn’t care less about the customer, this location or maybe Danielle made a difference.

For a long time I stopped going to Tim's. Shortly after Burger King bought them the food quality declined. Today I brought my children and had an assortment for lunch including the chicken soup , donut and a turkey sandwich.

The food was so much better than it has been for years. It tasted fresh and not overly processed and cheap. The soup was wonderful and affordable on a cold day. The portions were fair for the cost. The location was clean and the staff friendly. We were able to get a clean table and enjoy our meal together without loud music or sitting in something sticky. Thank you Tim Hortons for bringing back the better quality and for the opportunity to share a childhood favorite, chicken noodle soup and a bun, with my kids.

I got the cilantro slow cook chicken bowl. So tasty, it was very hot and very fresh. The portion was good and so was the ratio of each ingredient in the bowl. One of the best ones I've had to be honest.

So last night, my brother and I pulled up to the drive thru to grab coffee before a long road trip and the lovely ladies got our order and proceeded to hand them out at the window. However their espresso machine began to act funny, to no fault of their own I might add (I’ve worked at a cafe I understood technical difficulties happen time to time).
The ladies asked us to park at the front in less than 4 minutes a lovely person name Robyn came out and handed me my pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk. She was so kind and bubbly and open with us about what happened, and proceeded to hand us the latte ‘made with love’. I’m so happy it was made properly regardless of the situation and Robyn made us smile, quite refreshing:)

I got a strawberry 🍓watermelon 🍉drink and after taking the mountain of ice 🧊out of it I stirred it up a bit. After having almost half the drink I noticed what looked like some sort of separation which shouldn't have happened. I took the drink back and they had no issues with replacing it with a fresh new one that was amazing because the wonderful gal who made the drink used very little ice leaving the drink with sharper taste. That was fantastic but their new strawberry cheesecake donuts are to die for. You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you don't try at least one. I had one yesterday at my daughter's choice for me and I bought a dozen today 🙃lol 😆😅, that's how decadent these donuts 🍩are. Don't walk run,drive, fly do whatever you need to get you some of them thar delicious donuts, not kidding 😋😜😉!!!

Always fresh, friendly and nice staff, quality food though its fast food, although since Timmies was bought by an American company it has gone downhill for sure. I miss there old Coffee which actually tasted like coffee and not burned. All in all this location is very quick and efficient and well maintained, parking is a bit hard to find but drivethrough is always quick.

I can't live without them. LOL

Love it! Staff is great! Fast service always correct orders. They always run out of jelly filled powdered donuts too early! They should increase the amount they make.

Super friendly staff in the drive thru. Ordered a 4x4 coffee and noticed after having a rough day... the person wrote "Off Roader" on my lid. Made me smile. Nice touch.

Cashier Josh was super friendly and served with a smile(even under the mask). To any Tim Hortons managers seeing this , give that man a raise ! I'm serious

Go there quit often very friendly staff. never had an issue. Even when icecap machine is not freezing properly they gave me option to still order instead of just serving watery icecap and it really wasnt that bad anyway

I enjoyed my experience there the no meat Burger was so amazing it was so juicy and taste so good and the staff lady that serve me at the till her smile was just amazing you can tell that she really enjoyed working there and all the other staff seem very happy kudos to the management you're doing everything right I worked for Tim Hortons as a baker many years ago I had a great experience then

Young guy in drive threw is super great at his job. This place is fast. They need to pay attention to what they are being asked for that they are running out of and what times so they can supply what they advertised. But great place!

I know they say all Timmy's are the same but this one was exceptional. Delivery of goods were to perfection.
