Shoutout to Jakob Reiniger. He is great guy. I bought some elbow pads and a new helmet here in September. The elbow pads and the helmet both fit great.

Dave and his staff are amazing. He took the time on the phone to arrange for me to get a beautiful custom set from his store. I live across the country but the gear came in amazing condition and arrived within 3 days! Amazing customer service and great selection of gear. Will definitely come back again for future purchases. Dave Ridd is amazing. We purchased a pair of skates for my son from St. Albert Sports when they were really busy and I didn’t take the time to get him sized properly (my fault). My son wore them a couple times and complained that his feet really hurt while skating. I brought them back and Dave helped me size him properly. Found out that my son has a specific arch and what I purchased wasn’t a good fit. He found a better insole and baked the skates and they fit perfectly after that with no more pain. Didn’t even charge me for the insoles or the skate bake and told me to come in June next year so I can get special fit for him before the big summer rush. I knew Dave and his team are extremely supportive within the community but I didn’t realize they cared this much about their customers. As another business owner I was extremely impressed and will support him for all our sporting needs moving forward. Thanks Dave!!

Brought hubby's bike in to be tuned up and checked out after 6 years in a garage. They came in at less then half what another place quoted us and the bike works great! Not to mention their custom service was great! Would definitely recommend.

A St. Albert treasure...
I purchased a pair of skates in Jan 2020, after taking the summer off my skates hurt my ankles when I hit the ice last week.
I took them back and the service was outstanding!!
They applied heat to the skates, did a fit, then went to the back and "tweaked" the one skate to make a perfect fit. They kept saying "We want to make you happy and enjoy your skating".
What great service !!
I would have gladly paid for his extra service but all I heard is we want you to be happy with your purchase ... no charge

Excellent service. Both the owner and the bike mechanics staff serviced my" rocky" mountain bike. Replaced two older defective tires at no cost. They are super friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The biggest thank you to St. Albert Source for Sports! My daughter’s bike brakes broke the first day of her week long bike camp. The staff at Source for sports went out of their way to have her bike fixed up better then it was before and back to us by the next day so she didn’t miss a day of camp. They staff was super friendly and kind and I can not thank them enough!

I was I the store multiple times trying various skates and was very impressed with Steve and his whole staff. Very knowledgeable and patient throughout the fitting process. Would recommend these guys to anyone who asks about skate fitting!

They have a great selection of used kids skates. They even fitted my daughter and offered some tips. A sharpening service is available in store too. And they will give store credit for used skates when outgrown. Was very pleased with the customer service. Has the feel of a small town store.

Shout out to the bike parts counter and staff. I have been by a number of times over the years and they have always been helpful and had parts on hand at very fair prices. Wonderful to have what you need close by in the city to try fix up a bike.

My compliments to James and the girl that works there. They went above and beyond when I brought my trike in for setting up things which I didn't know to.
