Great store at St. Albert mall. Customer service cashier Victoria R is very good and helps customers and does great work. I wasn't able to tell her this, but she should know.

Since i posted the above, I haven't seen Victoria R at the st. Albert London Drugs customer service. Has she left?

Always find what we need here. Great gift selection, groceries, tech etc. Love the Christmas treats selection. The computer guys are great when we've taken our laptop in to be looked at. I love the cosmetics and perfumes too. Definitely sign up for their rewards program. Friendly and helpful. A+

I just want to say we had the BEST experience at London Drugs a few weeks ago. Matthew provided us with the best care and service ever when we needed to get a passport photo of our autistic son. It tooks us two attempts due to our son's nervousness about having his photo taken and both times Matthew gave us his undivided attention and was very professional and provided a very inclusive experience for our son. The photo he took was also excellent quality!!!!! Thank you Matthew, the service you provided us. You went above and beyond and thanks to you we will be loyal customers to this location.

I went into the photography department today looking for a tripod, and had the most pleasant customer service experience! Barry O. helped me in finding the perfect tripod. I am not a professional photographer and Barry took the time to answer all my questions and go over all the details and features of the two tripods I was looking at. He was so patient and thorough and even went to the back a few times to get a couple different tripods that were not on display just so I can see and feel the difference. And I ALWAYS appreciate when an employee does not try and push the most expensive product on the market! That is a huge plus, and I definitely feel inclined to shop here again for my photography needs because of that. I genuinely feel Barry deserves something just for being an outstanding help today and going above and beyond what I expected for customer service. Bravo!

I came in to London Drugs to look for a laptop and the young gentleman, Carter, in the Tech Department was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me very well and was so patient and personable. He went above and beyond!

I had an issue with a headset that I had purchased from this London drugs location. I emailed their customer service desk and within 24 hours had a call from one of the tech managers. He was very friendly and helpful and accommodating. I would have no problem recommending this location to all of my friends. Thanks again to the manager, Chris.

Overall, this particular store(including the pharmacy) has excellent staff and offers appreciable customer service!

Bought my item on sale and was a happy customer.

For all those days when you just need to get a prescription, a book, an assortment of junk food, a mop and vacuum, a picture frame, a big-screen TV, and that obscure electronics dongle you cannot find elsewhere. You can also get them to print pictures, get glasses and contact lenses, and drop off batteries and plastic bags for disposal (and possibly recycling). I have no idea what the theme is but go to these places a lot.

My husband and I went into buy a tv and ended up buying a floor model tv stand as well. The manager and associates were very helpful pointing out additional deals - even offered to call another location to see if they had stock for us. We ended up buying there, the manager cleaned the tv stand for us and offered to wrap it! They came out with everything and were careful loading it. The tv and stand wouldn't both fit so the manager offered to wait (after the store had closed) with the tv while we ran home, unloaded and came back for it! Blown away by their great customer service. 5 stars! You don't get service like this anywhere anymore. Really appreciate it and am so grateful. Thank you, I'm sorry I didn't catch your names.

Renee, in postal. Always super friendly. Actually gave me a call when I needed a package sooner than the pickup date. I was going to stop by again after delivery but she went out of her way to find it and call me. Super appreciative!

Pharmacy has always been great to me, not sure how there's such bad reviews. I always deal with all the Christine's (lol), they're all super friendly. Christine from the front is always a sweetheart to be helped by! Taeylor too (Spelling on that could be wrong, sorry!), and Chris in cosmetics too, she's great!

And the very for last, Jenn! I was really disappointed to hear Jenn had left London Drugs. Always great service, always super friendly and her knowledge was amazing. Finding products for my skin type that actually work is hard to find. She got it first try, great products that I will keep using. I very much hope London Drugs made an effort to keep her because she was the best.

I'm am not tech savvy and he set me up with what I needed but did so while educating me on how to find a more affordable way to get what I needed, then literally pulled all the lowest priced but still competent devices that I needed. He was ultra helpful, non judgemental, and went the extra mile with his kindness to my daughter. Fantastic employee!

The other staff are always incredible as well, especially customer service and the photo counter :)

Braden, the manager, was very very helpful and polite. He went out of his way to find a replacement coffee grinder for me. He even provided me with a new receipt incase the new one breaks down before the warranty is up. It will be the store I choose first when buying a small appliance or camera.

Love shopping at this London Drugs!! Chris and Thomas in electronics were so nice, helpful and friendly! I was looking for a set of wireless headphones (and knew nothing) Chris took the time to answer my questions and explained the best brands and deals that are going on. Thomas was so awesome... he even told me about a free $20 extended warranty code through my LD account. (Thanks for taking the extra time to do that, Thomas!!)
I plan on buying more of my electronics here. I know I'll be going to Thomas or Chris when I'm ready for these purchases!

I had my Macbook Pro repaired by Fahad at the Genius Bar in their technical support area. He was very professional and took care in communicating the issues and possible solutions. I would certainly return for any further computer repairs!
