Great place to shop. Taking into account the increasing difficulties to keep a constant supply of products from an uncertain chain of suppliers and increasing hardships in producing food we should be grateful there are still people with the desire to provide the best Service possible. The increasing animosity of the general public is disheartening and shows how so many people are just empty and are looking for any excuse to unload their frustrations an people that work hard and long hours to provide us a place to shop. The people in this world are going mad because they have forgotten their Creator.
I will certainly continue going 2 or 3 times a week to this store. Congratulations staff!! Keep up the good work!

Just picked up a PC express order with an impending hurricane coming. More than half my order was out of stock as people have been prepping but the staff were extremely apologetic and continued going back into the store to find substitutions even when I said it was fine. The 2 staff who helped me were so sweet and passionate about me not having a bad experience, I was honestly kind of shocked by the level of customer service. They said they had been working over 12 hours and it was very busy and they still had a few hours left. I've done a ton of express orders since COVID and they've always been nice and helpful but this was such a lovely experience in a difficult circumstance I hope they get recognized for their dedication.

Always seems like they have the merch in stock. It can get fairly busy but there's a post office inside, a small Joe Fresh clothing department and other useful amenities. A worthwhile stop-off on your travels!

Clean and lots of good offers although everything is getting more expensive

This location is extraordinary, the staff is very helpful and always kind. The customer service definitely a 10 out of 10. I would like to give a special shout out to Darren, Amber and Dylan who are always beyond words wonderful. They consistently go out of their way to make sure you're very happy and have the best shopping experience possible. I can go as far as to say that these employees make you feel like family and I'm looking forward to my next shopping trip because of this. Superstore can be very proud of this excellent store and all the staff who make it what it is.

Our regular and favorite grocery store. I love the smaller size compared to the one on University Avenue. Easy to navigate, clean with lots of variety. Staff are wonderfully helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Love them!!

Staff are awesome and friendly. Always find great deals and enjoy the ace bakery bread a lot. Always a blast talking about a recipie at the cash. Keep you the good work. Also best 8 pack of bakery danishes out of all super stores. Never correct the person who adds lots of icing have them train everyone of it.
