TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I went to my bank to get a new debit card and the teller was very nice and helpful. Thank you Anna !

This comes a bit late, but Dads Estate has finally been settled. Peter died in 2018 + we had a 'fly in the ointment'. This branch went way above + beyond anything that I would ever expect, when it came to dealing with my aged father, mentally ill brother, distanced sister, + nervous self. Flo, Mark, Judy are 3 names that come to mind. U were Awesome

Always helpful and kind though not so much over the phone however I am a person to person guy. I have been with TD since I was about 11 or 12 and have never had any problems with them

Money, money, money.

I like this bank the best because the hours are the longest and most available. The staff here are usually polite and hard working and it is kept clean.

Friendly

A lot of the time the drive thru atm is down. With being disabled its very inconvenient when the drive thru atm is down!! The light at the drive thru atm has been burned out for I don't know how long and its very hard to see the key pad. Come on TD Canada Trust you are usually better than that!! The staff is great and friendly plus they are very helpful but they need to keep the atms up and working properly

Really need more staff to move the line ups. The wait time is outrageous snd management staff stand around. What ever happened to team work and customer service experience?

People are great but there is always a machine down, unable to dispense money, or "out of order". Makes it hard when you work all day and go to use the atms and they don't work. Like I said, great people, horrible reliability.

Bank hours on the door state Mon-Fri 8am-8pm.
Bank doesn't actually open until 9am

Td is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I spend hours on the phone with them explaining I would be out of the country on my honeymoon. I told them what islands I would be on and for what dates. They assured me my card would not be locked. 1 week in they locked it! I was trying to book an uber but was unable. I had to walk miles in the blistering heat back to my hotel. Then spent a fortune calling them from Indonesia. This happened 3 times on my trip. Terrible service!! They also have no way around 2 step verification, they kept sending me a pin to a phone I didn't have access to. Bmo at least has security questions to answer if you don't have access to your phone.
