The Mobile Shop

I have used the mobile shop a countless amount of times. Everybody in there is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and they KNOW what they're doing. We ended up switching our provider while we were there, and both guys working were so helpful and just extremely easy to deal with. We really appreciate how helpful and how pleasant they are to deal with. I will forever deal with them!

The staff is always very friendly and informative. Every time I’m due for an upgrade I make sure I go to the mobile shop! (The PC points you receive are a bonus too)

Super friendly staff here. They truly have a can-don attitude. Far superior to the stores that belong to the cell phone companies. These guys work hard to find you the best deal. You can tell they move a lot of phones. They are more than happy to answer a question even though it may not result in a sale for them. Added bonus...they usually have lots of bonus optimum points with their offers.

Kelly and Barb were fabulous to deal with. Very knowledgeable. Kelly got me into a great plan with a new phone and showed me how my old plan was costing money for something I wasn't ever going to use. They were very patient and helpful. The staff were amazing helpful when I purchased my cell phone and set it up. Anytime I have an issue with my cell (I.E. broken or lost SIM) the lady working went above and beyond to help. Even letting me use the store phone to call virgin customer support and staying with me to help walk me through the process. I recommend going here to get a new phone or tablet ext.

Went in today because I broke my cell I was expecting to spend a lot of money but I actually walked out with like $70 worth of PC points a brand new phone with a new case and an extra charger and the staff was amazing helpful and fast

Where do I start on Monday I stopped in because I was having a problem with my new mobile phone when these ladies went into my account they found out that the koodo kiosk in lampton mall had truly overcharged me the wrong phone plan, plus they charged me full price for a prepaid phone that was just a big piece of garbage to begin with these ladies here fixed everything give me a better phone plan and a 10 times better phone a Moto g, let me tell you this new device is so awesome the sales representative Brianna when she was done setting up my device moving all my information from my old device to my new device by the time I got home it was already finished transferring all my information and my new device already recognized my Wi-Fi so no hooking up to my Wi-Fi l so it only took me less than 5 minutes to set all my accounts back up! If I could give these ladies and the mobile shop more than five stars I would they deserve 20 Stars so if you ever need a impeccable customer service wonderful mobile devices and the best plans ever my suggestion is head over to the mobile shop in the superstore and let these ladies take good care of you I have had a very very positive experience and can't wait to work with these young ladies again!

The employee was very knowledgeable and friendly.

If I could give more stars I absolutely would. The staff was so friendly and helpful and even talked me out of a phone I didn't want but was willing to get cause I was desperate for a phone. They provided me with a loaner phone while they ordered in the one I actually wanted.
