First time at the Sarnia Staples , walked in and immediately greeted by a young lady with a smile and kind tone . She asked how she can help and a gentleman overheard and he lead me over to the HP toner . He didn’t just walk away, he explained to me that there were two options . He proceeded to calculate the cost per page so I could make a informed decision on my purchase. Sure I could have done this myself, however this gentleman knows how to deliver customer service and knows how very important it is. So many businesses are lacking in the customer service department these days.
I would like to thank this gentleman for his assistance today, and for showing me that there are great customer service representatives out there, doing a fantastic job and with pride!

Needed to print a color document on a flash drive. Used a self serve kiosk for the first time. It was easy to do. In and out in minutes.

People can come and buy all kinds of accessories, you name it, from computers,laptops,printers,books,printing your personal documents,photos, and sending mails to your friends and family. So I recommend all people to go there and shop for whatever you need.

You can find any stationery related items from here. I saw many electronics as well you can have. I guess some of the things were specially made for office related.

I had an excellent experience at this Staples location. I needed to print some documents and the staff here were friendly. An employee, Diya, was especially helpful as she helped me locate an item I had accidentally left in the store, which I was very appreciative of!

In-store prints are limited to paper and contain bleed, but they have great customer service and make things right as fast as possible

The printing service agent was second to none! Very helpful, courteous, professional and efficient at his job. It showed that both he and the service manager wanted the best for my needs for my little business adventure and encouraged me for my success.

I was not able to find a simple ball point pen refill anywhere else and was quite sure Staples would have them for sure. Upon arriving, and having a quick look, FOUND IT ! ! $3.99 for 2 pack, you cut to length for your own pen. Most pens are just use and throw away, but this one, I really enjoy everything about it. Has the right grip which makes it a joy to write with. Very happy the I was able to find the refill at Staples.

Great Staples location. Staff are always available to help. I've been shopping here for years and I don't think that I've ever gone in and not had a staff member approach to ask if I needed help. Excellent customer service.

Print centre is amazing! Young gentleman working there today (Sat Jan 5 2019 at 2:48pm) handled my printing request like a true professional. He went above and beyond to get it right. It is so refreshing to meet young people who really know what they are doing, can problem-solve when things don't go right without getting frazzled and I still walked out (same visit) with exactly what I wanted ... and more. Thank you.

I had purchased office supplies for work on my company credit card and then misplaced the receipt. I got through on my call within 2 minutes and the same day, I had my receipt in my email inbox. Incredibly helpful and I appreciate how quickly this was done.

With the exception of the occasional associate who lacks to necessary customer service demeanour, the Staples Sarnia store is well-staffed with a helpful Sales Team who are always ready and eager to serve and answer my questions; plus the store always manages to have what I am looking for so I never leave disappointed or empty-handed.

Great Service, on time delivery, offers free shipping due to COVID-19. Can do online order, curb side pickup, in store shopping. Great customer service, excellent tech support.

I think this store is the best! They have always helped me and gone out of there way to do things with in my means. The service department has always done a great job and I go there with out hesitation.
They do know their stuff. I went to a couple of places and no one came up with the solution I needed but the staff here did! And it ended up saving me. Thank you to Adam.

I frequently have relied upon their self serve copy centre. Help is available and access is easy with the use of a credit card, or possibly a debit card.

Love it at staples for copying and printing my documents. I even picked up a FedEx package here a few years ago, it came from the Shopping Channel. There is an employee in the printing area that is awesome.

Top notch manager who leads by example. Staff have excellent customer service skills and print jobs are always done correctly and on time. I have used the Sarnia print shop several times, and always have great experiences in store.

Store #89 Kimberly was awesome. I lost a receipt after making a big purchase for work, which they had all helped me make. She took the effort to print, scan, email the copy of receipt to me as I was located in Toronto and couldnt be at Sarnia store in-person. Thanks for going over and beyond, always buying from Staples.

When I first went to Staples I only came to print off a resume but soon I was in for more than just that they made me feel welcomed and they were very helpful since I didn't know how to print anything at Staples I was very gracious for there service and after I was done printing I bought a bag to hold my copy's in and even then I recieved above average customer service from people who should be paid alot more for their commitment to the customer experience!
