I'm slowly trying to get back into shape and have been out of the game for ages. Has a good chat with the staff to outline some realistic expectations and suggestions for basic supplementation based on diet and goals. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Glad to have somewhere to have honest conversations and not feel like it was pushy and sales-based.

Friendly faces as soon as I walked in! If one wasn’t knowledgeable about a certain product the other staff were. It’s great to be able to come in and ask questions and have answers given right away. They have a program were if you want to try a certain supplement you’ll be able to try it before you buy a whole container which I really appreciated. Sometimes I’ll buy a full container and i wouldn’t like the taste or the effects so this saves me time and money. Will be back many many more times.

I haven't been at Popeye's Sarnia for years...Yesterday I decided to go in and see if my favorite protein...Optimum was there and if my favorite flavour was also in stock...double rich chocolate..it was to my delight!!!
Dayna who works there was very helpful but not pushy..She made sure that I had all the supplements that I needed for my training.. Dayna also made sure that I received a discount for being a first responder(paramedic)..THANKYOU... I am glad that after some years, I am coming back, and coming back to stay!!

My experience with Popeye’s in one word: amazing! Never had any problems finding what I was looking for and the prices were marked reasonable. I used the online site and my order was shipped fairly fast and I’m satisfied with my order. I don’t have any complaints; great work Popeye’s staff :)
