The staff is awesome and amazing and answer my sons questions every trip we come to the mall.

He enjoys saying hi to the staff members over the years and of course most recent visits and purchases.

Couldn't be happier with the costumer service I have received at this location! Multiple issues with a hover board purchased for my son. (Manufacturer issues..nothing that could be controlled by the store). The manager and staff have been nothing but helpful, respectful, polite, and have all for above and beyond to rectify the situation.

It is also the most wheelchair accessible store in the mall with lots of space between aisles. I know the manager specifically sets it up that way to intentionally be accessible.

The products are what they are; I go in knowing that anything "As Seen on TV" comes with its risks. But it's the customer service that keeps me coming back.

This store is so great. Great things you see on TV commercials are here. The prices are good. The staff is friendly.

Kevin has a great little store with most every item that can be " as seen on TV ". Prices are reasonable and great service.
