My sister and I went for a pedicure. We each agreed it was the most lovely and relaxing pedicure we’ve ever received. Our aestheticians were wonderful! Thank you, we will be back.

Let me tell you about this beautiful spa.
Not only were the staff so sweet but the owner Brianne is one of the most humble, sweetest, hardworking women I have had the privilege of meeting.

My luxury pedicure was so relaxing and the company/conversations, with other women getting services done, all felt the same way.

Brianne made sure to accommodate all her guests, including personally doing my pedicure. Now THAT’s an incredible owner.

This spa is so busy that all hands are on deck at all times. So my compliments to these hardworking ladies.

Make sure you book an appointment …. It’s WELL worth the wait, and just an overall fantastic experience.

This was my first time at a spa. I had a relaxing head massage. It was amazing, exactly what is promised and more! I already booked a 2nd appointment in a month from now. The spa is very warm and comforting. There is gently music piped throughout. Everyone was friendly and there was a gentle quiet, exactly what I was looking for to relax. Great job!

I have been going to Magnolia House Spa for many, many years and I have always had a great experience. I have tried many places for massage but by far the best has been with the massage therapists at Magnolia. I go regularly and have tried different massage therapists and they are all really good and customize based on your needs or issues/pain points. I have also had manicures and pedicures which have been great. Recently I have been getting my hair coloured and cut by Stuart and have been really happy with the results! I love the atmosphere there too - I feel relaxed as soon as I get there. Overall I highly recommend Magnolia House for their treatments and services and will continue going back. Glad they are still open (safely!) during Covid.

My experience at Magnolia House yesterday was fantastic. My pedicure was really nice, and the attention to detail for my nail care was top notch. Additionally, the spa felt clean and they had great health and safety standards in place. It made me feel comfortable especially during this crazy time! Would return in a heartbeat.

I've been going to Magnolia for years. 10+ and have nothing but fabulous things to say. Ive had many services done from massage to facial, mani and pedis and sugaring and always very pleased. The staff are friendly, appointments are always on time and they never rush you. It's always perfectly clean and they are great with booking last minute appointments :)

I have been going to the Magnolia House Spa for 4 years now and it is by far my favourite spa. Since the pandemic, they have done everything they can to make it a safe environment while still fostering an amazing spa experience. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel right at home! I’ve been coming here over a decade for sugaring and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for the service. Bri is dedicated to high levels of customer service and I’m always satisfied of how my sugaring turns out every time.

LOVE this spa! I get massages here and always have a fantastic experience. Heidi is a really great RMT. Staff are always punctual, helpful and know what they're doing. I just had a girl's spa afternoon with my friend.(christmas gift from my husband) We each had a facial, massage, light lunch and our hair washed and styled. Everything was perfect from start to finish! All the staff we met were extremely friendly and easy going. right off the hop, we felt relaxed and at ease. the treatments were done well and were exactly what we wanted. We felt comfortable and content. Would love to go back!

I went to Magnolia House Spa today for a luxury pedicure and what a lovely experience! I felt bad for my esthetician who had to deal with my Covid feet but she did a phenomenal job. My feet look and feel amazing! I would recommend Magnolia House 100% and hope to return.

Lina was absolutely amazing, so kind and knowledgeable. She did an great job and was very attentive to me.
Overall, it’s a very relaxing atmosphere and great that you can get multiple services at one location.

Five years ago, my husband bought me a Christmas gift for Magnolia Spa. It has become my favourite spa...and every year, I get blessed with the same gift, since he knows how much I love it. They have taken the covid situation very seriously and I feel very safe going in for treatments. Raya's treatments are magical. It is apparent that she puts her heart and soul into all of her treatments. I have recently tried Brent for massage and he is also exceptional. Leigh is also fantastic at massage!! I love their small town feel, with high end quality that I have found at other big city, high end spas. Thanks to the team at Magnolia for always being so welcoming and providing such great service.

The measures taken to keep clients safe during this difficult time are extraordinary. I felt safe and relaxed. The environment is calming and tranquil and the staff are kind, professional and take the time to give the best possible quality of service. I was thrilled with my first visit and will surely return!

I went in to the Waterdown location yesterday to get my hair done.
When I arrived there was calm and soothing music playing outside. When I walked in the lobby it was very neat and they made me feel very welcomed. A lady saw me to a waiting area that was very beautiful and quiet. I waited just a few minutes for my stylist, Michelle to walk through another set of doors. She greeted me with a warm smile and told me to follow her to yet another beautiful room. She took my belongings and made sure I was comfortable. She showed me a few reference pictures of what she thought would look nice and also showed me some sample colours. (I have never in my life done highlights because I was scared how they would turn out or if the blonde would suit me at all!) She made me feel good the whole time we were together, I am shocked and blown away with how amazing the outcome was! I absolutely love my hair, it feels so much lighter and just looks so stunning! I cannot thank you enough for such an amazing experience, from start to end!
