Excellent experience at Laser Spa Group today. I left with my skin and face feeling relaxed and refreshed. Everyone there was polite and knowledgeable, looked beautiful and happy. From beginning to end I felt welcome and secure that I had chosen a medical spa that would help and guide me through treatments. Tina was incredible. She thoroughly explained the treatment I had, and provided thoughtful and knowledgeable answers to my questions. I will definitely return and highly recommend Laser Spa Group.

I’ve had laser hair removal done here by Tina, and she is amazing! Very professional, answers any and all questions I have, puts you at ease, and so knowledgeable. I recommend anyone thinking about laser hair removal to get in touch with Tina!!

The spa is so clean and they have the most up-to-date laser machines. I’m beyond happy with my results and I haven’t even finished half of my sessions. Their prices are also excellent. All the staff is friendly, and I never feel like I’m being pressured to purchase services other than the one I came for.

Had a bbl photo facial last week with Bella and it was great! She was very thorough and walked me through the whole process. It’s still too soon for full results, but I already see a huge difference and all of my freckles that turned dark are beginning to flake off. Can’t wait to see the final results! I did have an issue the first time I got a BBL here, but the customer service was amazing and they took care of me the second time. Definitely recommend this location!

I have been following Laser spa throughout its journey and have had nothing but positive experiences. Even through the big move which I am sure was hard on clients aswell as staff. Laser spa is a very welcoming space and has all the top equipment to fulfill all todays beauty needs. I was beyond happy and comfortable with my first BBL laser done with Bella. I booked my second following my first visit and looking forward to the results 🥰

I couldn't have had a better 1st-experience (laser) than the one I had with Tina for the entire year of 2023. She took great care of me from day one- always attentive to my needs if I was ever uncomfortable, and always thorough with what's involved w the procedure of laser trtmnt. Caroline at front-desk has always been friendly and helpful. She made me look forward to step into their office for each appointment!

As far as the results of the laser treatment - it matched my expectations of what was described at the initial consultation (I was recommended the 6-8 sessions due to my black hair). I'm very satisfied with the results and the new gadget they've adopted (the laser that is shadowed by the cooling tube/fan) as it minimized the amt of time (+pain) spent on the bed. Regrowth has drastically reduced, with the legs barely having any at all. Money well spent!!

Today was my second visit at LSG. Bella is my aesthetician. Loved the way she handle my face. Very delicate,gentle and patient too. Never give me the impression that she's rushing. I have a few more sessions to go. Can't wait to see the results.

First time at the new location, found it very inviting, love the sitting room, everyone makes you feel welcome. I had my face done by Tina. Tina was patient and explained the process what I should feel during the process and what to do after. She continually checked on my comfort level - which is much appreciated. Bella is fabulous always knows exactly what is best for you and delivers exceptional service and results. I drive an hour and half just to get my services done with her. I am so glad that I started investing in my skin. I highly recommend Laser Spa Group. When I arrived I was greeted by the very nice receptions Bell and I had my micro needling treatment with Tina. Tina is fantastic and she listens to my concerns and does wonderful work. The results are very noticeable and I get compliments on my skin regularly from people at work. I used to be so self conscious about the broken blood vessels, uneven skin texture and sun spots. I’ve been going to laser Med for 1 year now. I’ve received 6 treatments ranging from BBL, Micro-needling and thermal micro-needling and my skin looks noticeably better.

Angelo did my two picoway resolve. She is professional and considerate. She listens to my needs, then responds attentively and make corresponding adjustments to the treatment based on my symptoms. I hope I will also get good results too. And Judith also did my facial and chemical peel. I felt relaxed after the treatments with her. The front desk staff is very nice all the time. I felt welcomed.

I have been coming to laser spa group for more than half a year now. After this many sessions, I can say definitively that the people working here are great at their jobs and very considerate. Especially Tina, who has been very nice in every interaction I've had with her. She does a detailed and fantastic job with every treatment I had. In addition to that, she always prioritizes my comfort and satisfaction which I appreciate greatly. I will continue coming to laser spa group and hope to enjoy the same level of excellent service.

Nadia at the front desk was very friendly and professional, Judith was also very nice and informative as she performed my Visia skin consultation.
Then Angela gave me an amazing facial, probably the best I've had in a long time.
She too was very pleasant! Very thorough procedure, relaxing and i loved the way my skin looked and felt afterwards. I would highly recommend the Hydrafacial by Angela!

This is my first visit to this clinic. The place is clean, the front desk officer is friendly, the consultant (Amanda) is nice, friendly, and explained my skin problem clearly. No pushing to do the treatment or buy the products that I dont need it. This clinic also provided the consultation for free, its so great. I will give the next review after see the result. Thanks 😊

Angela is absolutely wonderful with all my services and she is gracious, calm and listens well as we go through each treatment. She is careful to make sure everything is done properly and ensures that I am happy with the result.
