My family have patients of Dr. Whitney for over a decade. Could not have asked for a better doctor. She's compassionate, caring and superbly diligent in her care. She has supported our family in highs and lows and we are immensely grateful for her. Her medical staff, and adjoining pharmacy team are equally attentive and really go out of their way to provide assistance. In today's healthcare shortage, this gem of a clinic is nothing shy of a miracle!

I've been a patient of East Waterdown Medical Clinic for just over a year now. I jumped on the opportunity when I saw a sign out front that they were accepting new patients.

The staff are great, I'm not sure if the pharmacy next door is affiliated, but the gentleman who works there has the kindest heart.

Dr.Whitney is wonderful. She's very knowledgeable and courteous. She has never hesitated to provide me with requisitions she felt would be helpful to my diagnosis. I'm always able to get an appointment usually same-day or within a couple of days at most. Lab/test results have been communicated promptly, which I've had issues with in the past with other facilities/doctors.

I have recommended this facility to family and friends in the area and will continue to do so.

Very thankful for Dr. Whitney's help and advice throughout the years and different cities. In writing my review I noticed negative comments about the receptionist. I am compelled to share that on many occasions while waiting to check in, others waiting ahead of me are very aggressive and entitled towards the receptionist and it makes others waiting uncomfortable. Wouldn't be surprised if they were the little keyboard warriors retaliating lol.

After several consistently excellent experiences at this clinic, I wanted to leave this review. Dr. Whitney is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met. She is attentive, empathetic, and easy to talk to. Stacey at the front desk is very on top of things and keeps the clinic moving! And the pharmacist (I cannot remember his name!) is such a nice man. He greets you and connects with you and is genuinely grateful for your business. This is an all-around excellent clinic and I'm so glad I found it.

Big fan of Dr Whitney she always has time to squeeze me in for walk in appointments. Amazing bedside manner and just super helpful. I always recommend her when the topic of doctors come up in town.

We wouldn’t go to any other place. Dr. Whitney is amazing with my little one. Always patient to answer our queries and concerns. Stacey at the front is helpful in getting the appointments..

Dr Fady Isac is a very friendly and knowledgable doctor. He calmly listens to all ur concerns, reassures you and provides u with the best treatment. Both, my wife and I have taken him on as our GP and we are both very satisfied.
Getting appointments on the same day may sometimes be difficult, considering the current pandemic and the extra load of patients, but you can usually get booked for the next day.
They are currently doing over the phone patient check ups, but if there is an issue where the dr requires to examine the patient, the dr usually calls the patient in.

Dr. Fady Ishak is one of the most knowledgeable, friendly doctors. He is thorough, has compassion and empathy, and takes pride in his work. Stacey, the medical receptionist, is so friendly. She remembers everyone by name, and is such a bright presence whenever you enter the office.

Dr Whitney has been really amazing, over the last 1 year she has diagnosed every single problem with care and compassion and has been thorough. Strongly recommend this place

My experience with the entire office has been great. Receptionist has always fit my daughter in with Dr.Whitney day of! You can't find that in Mississauga unless you go-to emergency. Both were kind and attentive. She does not make me feel like I am being rushed and am able to ask all my questions. Also the pharmacist is super nice and very knowledgeable will be coming back for sure!

This is the third time we’ve come to this clinic. Every time we’ve came here, the doctor has been kind, compassionate and helpful.

But for every action there’s an equal opposite reaction, and the receptionist does not display the same traits as the doctor. Prepare yourself to feel like you’re a burden and interrupting her day. Every time we’ve been there she’s been dismissive, abrupt and extremely rude (even with eye rolls) : slamming paper up to the window, not willing to assist with a health card issue, aggressively asking about covid tests after already telling her i just took one in the morning and just generally someone who would be more likely to deter repeat clients. Unfortunately, this is our closest walk-in that fortunately doesn’t have extreme wait times.

Hopefully the owner / doctor can have a candid conversation with this woman about how to properly address the public when they’re not at their best and how to show compassion to her fellow humans.

Although their website says they accept new patients, I've now been on a waitlist for 5+ months just to get an initial call from the doctor. When I call to ask the status of my application, front desk staff says they have to check and then never follow through with calling back. Disappointing treatment of patients. If you can't take new patients, you should really just tell people so they can move on and find someone else.

Only open 4 days a week with very limited hours.
