I went in looking for products for my new feral kitten that was recently adopted from the SPCA. Even though I did not find all of the products I was looking for I was helped one on one by an employee. He gave me many free samples to test what the new kitten likes as getting her used to humans was going to be an uphill battle. He gave me many which gave me confidence knowing I could experiment expense free for a little with what she likes. I will be going back for their very friendly and helpful pet expertise, service, and products. They gave me real product size samples of wet cat food and dry treats. I've given her one can of the wet cat food cans which she has already taken a liking to. Thank you so much for your help.

They were so welcoming and helpful! First time we ever go there and it's a Friday. Fridays at pet planet are free biscuit day! We got a few great treats to try and had a wonderful experience there.

I've been going to this store since they opened. The manager Mike is great, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. I'm still buying my dog's food etc there even though I moved out of town. 5 star :)

There is a lot to be said about a store and staff that goes the extra mile for guests and their fur babies. I have been to a lot of pet stores but not one of them gives the personal touch like this one. They won me over hands down.
