Liberty Tax

Just finished having Liberty do my taxes once again. I have been going there for 25+ years and have never had any problems. They have been very efficient, accurate, completing my forms. Wanda who works at the Concession Street outlet has been amazing in doing my taxes for most of those years. Plan to continue using Liberty each tax year.

This was my first time at Liberty Tax, I had previously gone to another big chain, but grew tired of their increasing cost and lack of customer service. The service here was fast, friendly and informative, Yolanda is highly qualified and was very helpful. Overall great experience.

Yolande informed me how I could get a refund as opposed to paying. She saw taxes in a different light. I experienced a total 'aha moment', than the previous 9 years elsewhere. I had no idea. I got an education on what I 'should have been told'! Now I know. I highly recommend her. Thank you Yolande.

Worst place ever staff our not trained. Me and my wife work all week went in on a Sunday. Staff member had no idea what they were doing. We were told wrong information and waisted over 2 hours of our time.
