My experience of buying a new vehicle has been pleasant and positive with Toyota NW Edmonton.

The showroom is huge and beautiful. There was 6 months of wait time for my vehicle. They met the timeline as provided in initial agreement.

I booked my vehicle with Galen Koo.
Galen was very responsive and quick for all my inquiries. I found him honest in his answers. He had good knowledge about most things and when he didn’t, he did check with experts and get back with answers. It was no-pressure experience. I visited other dealership and didn’t pursue them due to high sales pressure so I really appreciated no pressure experience.

Ketal was my finance manager and he gave me all information about all packages and financing.

Whole buying process starting from booking the vehicles to driving my vehicle home was easy and efficient.

The only suggestion I provided them to have more options for complimentary beverages.

Had an amazing experience buying from this dealership! They explained everything thoroughly and was able to get me the best deal they could. Got our 2023 Highlander in this location. Service was excellent and got our vehicle within the 3 month range when we had it ordered. From was straight forward and great service knowledge from the sale advisor. Also, the financing person whom handle our case was very detailed in explaining the plan and go above & beyond to make sure we understand everything. Overall great service.
