Saint John Airport (YSJ)

We always enjoy flying in and out of YSJ. It's nice and small, and the staff is always friendly. We love the Air Canada checkin counter employees. They are always nice and very helpful. The Cafe is great as well. Only bad thing we have to say about this airport is there aren't enough daily flights, but that's not the airport's fault. Hopefully we will see more flights again soon! Looking forward to more trips. Thanks, YSJ! We will definitely be back!

A small and historic airport with the things you need for your trip. Clean and organized! Staff are very nice and helpful! The coffee and gift shop has a lot of good things you might want to buy! Love although it is small!

Great small airport. Easy parking, drop off and pickup. Very easy access from NB Route 1, the major highway.

Small airport, but organized and things move smoothly every time. It's also conveniently located near the highway.

Smallest airport I've ever seen, which was nice in a sense. They have 1 bar/gift shop before you go through security and 1 after. There was no line for security, which was really nice. Everyone who worked there or we that we had interacted with was so nice from the lady at the ticket counter, the ladies with checked baggage, the bartender, and security. I wish every airport was this small and cozy!

This is the best airport in Canada. Not so much for flying in or out on schedule, but the vibe and ease of getting around. Good little shops, smooth security, weird bathroom at the terminal. The stalls have doors but the room doesn't.

Best airport in Saint John. Just big enough. Could use more flights.

I love this airport. Easy to roam around in without getting lost. I visit this airport about 3 or 4 times a year. Friendly people who work there. It is always a great experience.

Small airport but having all facilities like free wifi , parking , small restaurant, car rental , cab service .

Most importantly amazing airport ground staff / support staff and very kind people . Everyone are so calm and supportive.

Very clean. Would be nice if you buy local craft beers in the boarding area to take home. You have to drink them on site. Very Strange . Staff very polite.

Friendly staff, comfortable small airport, with recently expanded/renovated food and gift shop area. Transportation availabe (cabs available and car rental services in main terminal building).
Easy access from short and long term parking, and usually quick luggage processing for checked bags.

Although a very small airport, staff are very efficient and friendly. Our baggage was offloaded quickly so it was a quick land and leave process.

Love this airport it's small and personal. Got through security, and at my gate in less than 10 mins.

The YSJ Airport staff are very helpful and friendly. Checked luggage however is a constant concern. Every flight has at least one persons missing luggage , some 4 or 5 passengers arrive with no luggage. AC makes every effort to locate and deliver this luggage to the home of the passengers. Almost every departure is on time and check-in is smooth and easy 😎

Small and friendly airport foggy sometimes

It was lovely, everyone very friendly!! I was there to see my daughter and family leave for their trip to Disneyland. Their son Calvin has CF and was granted his wish!!

Although The airport is very clean and small and easy to maneuver security is another issue as they still look to out liquids in the bags even mascara??? flying in from many other airports no one asked to put liquids in a bag . I think they need to update their security procedures
