I am hesitant to try new dentist and my original dentist appointment was way too backed up and I cannot have my teeth cleaning done at least 2 month wait list so I decided to take a risk and try Columbia square dental.
The receptionist was friendly. Immediately addressed me immediately.
Lauren was my Hygienist and she was gentle, Took her time to examine and clean my teeth 🦷 in detail. Very satisfied. I may begin my dental cleaning checkup in Columbia Square from now on. Will definitely return.

I had a severe toothache and I called them and they accommodated me for the same day appt. Dr. Najafi was very knowledgeable and professional and eased my mind by explaining everything I needed to get done. The entire team made me feel welcome. The office is also super clean. Location is excellent with plenty of free parking inside the plaza. I would highly recommend Columbia square dental to anyone seeking kind, professional and compassionate team of people.

Amazing staff and the doctor was very informative and helpful 10/10 experience and will recommend this dentist to anyone with little kids. They took care of my 6 year old and took the time to explain everything. Thanks again !

Showed up at 3, had my check up, got told what the options i had were.

Dealing with pwd insurance was easy.

Several xrays and 130 dollars later i have newfound peace of mind, but also the knowledge that I've been letting my toothcare slip by to the wayside.

I was out by 4. The staff was all very professional. Their xray machine was being a bit of a nuisance, and had to be turned on and off a few times, but otherwise everything was done fast and with minimal pain.

I can't say anything about more involved procedure, but my simple in&out visit was easier and far less stressful than pretty much any other form of medical appointment I've had to deal with since I've been on my own.

The receptionist and dentist's assistant were both particularly friendly, and the dentist herself was professional, quick, and to the point. All things which i value.

Friendly, service oriented, full explanation of costs and plans, and everyone is superb at their job. The dentists are professional and the dental assistants are great!

Went yesterday to reinstall a crown I lost a day before. Got it reinstalled and all seemed fine for the day, but it shattered today. Came the next day to fix it. I got a filling there for free to protect the part of the tooth uncovered by the crown, but I'll have to replace the crown eventually. I hope I'll get to my regular dentist soon and the temporary solution carries me till that time.

Thanks a lot to the staff for the prompt reaction and consulting on the next steps. I also really appreciate the next day availability for appointments. Makes it feasible for me to fast till the appointment when something happens.

The team at Columbia Square Dental has been fantastic. Dr. Najafi and Monica were thorough yet expedient during my dental procedures. John was informative and detail-oriented during my cleanings. And Myra and the admin team were flexible, personable, and accommodating with scheduling, follow-up, and insurance-related paperwork.

I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years before booking here (bad prior experiences elsewhere), but the way they treated me and fixed my issues made it seem like dental work was no big deal.

Columbia Square Dental surpassed my expectations with their kindness and flexibility. I needed to be seen very quickly (TMJ issue) and they got me in the next day. Dareen the receptionist was so lovely and Dr. Najafi was quick to calm me down and get a treatment plan started.

My first visit. I have a broken crown and they fit me in quickly. Everyone was kind, friendly and helpful. The exam was very gentle. I was happy to find out there is a 10% seniors discount - it’s.very important as I don’t have insurance and have to pay for everything myself. The estimate for the new crown was very reasonable. I’ve now booked cleaning as well as the crown replacement. So happy I found them!!

First time experience at this wonderful clinic. Very warm and welcoming reception. Ladies who did the exam, x-rays and cleaning were very attentive and made sure to answer any questions. Very greatful for the breakdown for next appointments, how much my insurance will cover and what I can expect to pay for fillings. So happy with this clinic and highly recommend!

Super pleasant experience! Was able to fill in all paperwork online before my appointment. All staff were so friendly and nice. Took the time to explain procedures and even take interest in conversation throughout the appointment. Very gentle and thorough cleaning and examination. So happy with this experience and plan to continue coming to this dental office for a very long time.

My experiences with dentists have been mostly negative throughout my life. Columbia Square Dental has shown me what a professional office is like! I had waited 10 years to see a dentist because of alot of bad experiences. Every person in the office is a consummate professional. I have never had such a positive experience at a dentist. My mind has been changed and I will definitely be returning fir any future work I need done.

Really great team! The front desk staff are super nice, welcoming, and friendly. The lovely lady who cleaned my teeth was so wonderful, she worked with me and supported me through the process. The dentist was also very kind and took her time explaining to me. Overall one of the best dentist experience. Highly recommend!

My dental appointment went well. Everyone was very nice. Arrived, got my teeth cleaned, then finished. Had a great cleaning session with the hygienist. Will visit again.

I don’t write reviews often but I am a new patient here and just had the best experience here. I had the best cleaning I’ve ever had and even though fillings usually suck, I actually had a very pleasant experience! It was also super quick and the dentist was so friendly and accommodating. Very impressed and so happy I decided to come here.
