I came all the way down from Campbell River to check out the jeeps they had for sale because of their good reputation....l am very stoked with the 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 l purchased from them. Yay

Had a great experience here looking for a new car for myself, everyone was super friendly and pleasant to deal with and Alex went above and beyond to make sure I was in love with my new car. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and am very happy with my purchase!

I can honestly say that I'm not one for buying vehicles from a used car dealership. The experience at Caprice sure change my opinion on the matter. The mechanic Yosef went way beyond my expectations and Farshad and Alex made sure all of my needs were taking care of.

I can’t express how unusually good Ali has treated me.
With todays economy, the COVID car shortage, blah blah blah ... I can't justify spending a lot on a car. Ali sold me on a Toyota Echo (I was looking for a Corolla) I was skeptical but he was absolutely right about the Echo.
He went out of his way to get me an alternator under the warranty he provided. (Super high mileage car but it ran well) I was not surprised that "something" may fail.
I also blew up the engine a year or so into owning the car (that is a long story and it was my fault, not the car) He found a great low KMs engine and installed it for a super reasonable price.
I have never felt like hugging a used car dealer before. But Ali is different. We hugged and laughed a bit about it.
I can't think of anywhere else I would buy another car from

5 stars for the amazing Bradly. Who worked very very hard in making sure I was happy and getting the car that I liked. And at a price that was best for both of us. He doesn’t mess around, or try and cut corners or get more money out of you. Very professional and seems like a great genuine guy, and very hard working. He sticks to his word, which I believe is very important especially when making a deal and connecting to the customer.

1 star for the young worker ( he looks 25?) who tried to sell me the car for WAY higher than originally agreed on. He has a very sneaky personality and tries to lie and cut corners in trying to sell you a car. Three times he tried to sell the car I was buying to other people for a higher price. And “multiple “ people had put a down payment on it to reserve it. But still tried to sell it to other people? He just put me off even wanting to make a sale with them at all. No communication at all with his fellow coworkers and just cuts in and does whatever he wants which is just so unprofessional.
The only reason I did go through with buying a car here was because of the amazing Bradly. If you go here I would suggest you don’t talk or deal with anyone else but him.

I sold a Honda Accord to Alex (Ali) at Caprice and got a good price. They came recommended to me by Kabani Auto and initially via some friends of mine. The staff (at both Caprice and Kabani) were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and the experience was fast and hassle-free.

I was in need of a well taken care of, yet inexpensive used car in a hurry. (I know the golden triangle ... Good, Fast, Cheap - Pick 2) Anyhow, somehow Ali has pulled off all three.
1 week in with a nicely maintained 2002 Toyota and so far so good.
Ali and his Son were very friendly and helpful and I never felt pressured. Quite the opposite. I felt that Ali wanted to make sure that I received a usable vehicle regardless of my pathetic budget.

I was so happy with the service I received at Caprice auto. When I arrived and checked out the car I called about, they had it all set up for me ready to view. When we noticed the brake lights were out they immediately drove it over to their shop and fixed it within 5 minutes.

Can't say enough amazing things about Caprice Auto and their staff/service. We purchased a high kms 2005 Acura MDX almost 2 years ago from them and even after signing all the paperwork, their mechanics found a few things that needed work and fixed them right then and there. Alex also went above and beyond to take care of brake issue (which was a maintenance item and should have been covered by me) after 2 months of owning the vehicle.

Best dealership ever, the owner is great guy, very honest and generous guy. The salesperson Bradley and Summit went above and beyond and gave me a great deal on Toyota Matrix 2003, at a great price(2***). The mechanics Andi and Hadi are gems, always ready to help you and whom you can trust, they helped me fix my car when it was broken down at my home due to my own fault, they came and fixed it without charging any exuberant fees.

The Toyota Matrix which I bought runs as if it is brand new, no problems of any sort, I got a really excellent car for a great price, I couldn't find such deal at any other dealership. This was my first car, but will always choose Caprice Auto for my future purchase of cars or truck.

If it is your first car, go and buy one from Caprice Auto I am sure you wouldn't regret and leave with a smiling face and great deal on your car.
