I recently brought my Mazda 3 2010 to Pick A deal autos for new brakes, oil change, and other upgrades and I would give 10/10 overall for service.

All of the repairs were completed on time and under the warranty, and each product selection was excellent.

I appreciated their thorough estimation progress, and the pictures and videos made it easy to follow along while the work was being completed when I was on holiday.

II have fantastic experience with dealerships staff really they are amazing I went once with my friend he bought car from them and after 10 days my friend wanted to change the car when we get there it was unbelievable the staff of the dealership greeted warmly even they already knew that we gonna change the car eventually they changed the car with another one with out any interest or any charges. I bought my car 2 weeks ago. The salesman I met worked with the owner to give me a good deal. I noticed a minor issue with the car and they were happy to look into it and fix it for free. I was so happy with them that I took another friend there to buy her car. They are genuine business people and I can’t stop recommending them.

I bought a Toyota Yaris Hatchback in 2007 recently. David was an awesome man with the customer service he's a polite man l like the freedom he gave me to decide. Not like other dealers pushing you to buy their car whether you like it or not.

This place is absolutely fantastic, I would definitely 10/10 recommend! The day after I bought the car the battery died (showed no indication of an issue beforehand, it wasn't like they were hiding something) and I was left stranded with no way to get to work. Franco's team immediately came out to my location (which was downtown, nowhere near New West might I add) and not only gave me a new battery on the spot, but promised that if the issue was more than that that they would tow it back and fix it up themselves and deliver a loaner car to me so that I could still make it to work reliably. Honestly the best and friendliest service, they really care about their customers and are a perfect choice if you're as wary of buying a used car as I was. They're a safe and caring place to buy a car, I can't stress enough what a help they've been.

This was actually one of the best experiences my wife and I had buying her a car. We were able to patiently drive many cars and see which one we wanted to purchase. When we finally decided on the right car, reaching a deal was simple and NON-PUSHY.

Franco and his team are amazing. You will not find a better dealership around I recently purchase an 06 chevy optra from them and I have never experienced such amazing customer service before. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking at purchasing a used vehicle. Franco is very honest and up front with all things involved in the purchasing of your "new" vehicle. The best place for purchasing a used car! Prices are decent with no additional fees. There was an issue with an air sensor and it was replaced for free and 4 new tires as well! Thank you so much Franco!

It’s a really good place to pick up a car with honest detailing about the car. No running around the bush. Franc is one of the best persons I’ve met so far in this country. He is straight forward and will help you out in all the ways possible, before and after purchasing the car.

The stuff here are friendly and not pushy at all. Franco especially is nice and talkative guy.
Prices are good here for those unable to afford a new car or in a low budget.

To be honest at first we waited for our car for 30 minutes cuz he had someting to be fixed but it was worth .He was Genuinely good and respectful guy.

I have bought numbers of cars over the last 25 years and dealt with a few dealers, some good and some bad experiences, but Franco is by far the best when it comes to customer service, he is a straight shooter no pressure, I highly recommend this place.
