I bought a rebuilt Nissan 2020 Rouge from Jay in early August. Noticed by a friend on the first day that the air bag was not working right for the passenger, ( the light was on when someone was in the sea). You needed two people in the car to notice this. It was few weeks later when I asked Nissan in Campbell River to have a look. They could not reboot and said the seat and it's sensors had to be replaced for 2000.00 dollars. I was sick and called Jay. He believed me when I said the the issue was there from the start and said "get to Vancouver and we will fix it". He was understanding about my health issues at the time and was willing to extend the warranty time on this issue. Well I never got down there until February. He just replaced the whole seat with sensors in 3 hours. I was vary pleased. He said they would deal with the sensors later and just wanted to get me on the way.
I like this dealership from the get go. Showed me what he feels my car( the Camary) was worth and that is it. No false posturing like I got at the Nissan dealership. They were very forthwith and straight forward. I do recommend this dealership.

First off, I want to say that InLine Motors is trustworthy, and the salesperson, Ahmad, is incredibly professional, patient, transparent, and all-around great. I discovered InLine Motors on Cargurus, and we made the trip from Richmond to check them out. I'm usually skeptical about used cars, especially those with a rebuilt title. I made a deposit on my first visit because all our questions were thoroughly answered. However, as I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, I decided to do some more research when I got home. I looked into the car's history on a few websites and consulted friends about what to watch out for. A helpful insurance broker explained why the car had a salvage title – even if it was due to a minor issue, it's hard to know how ICBC assesses a car's residual value and makes decisions. Though she advised against buying it, her opinion was very objective.

I returned to the dealership to review the inspection papers again, and Ahmad was still very patient, even though I probably asked the same questions multiple times. He emphasized that Inline Motors has been in business for a long time and prides itself on customer satisfaction. There was a minor issue with our glass, but he assured us it would be repaired. Our car was inspected in January last year, and, out of caution, I had it inspected again after purchasing it (30-day comprehensive warranty). Some people said it wasn't necessary, but the inspection report came back perfect. So, I'm giving both Ahmad and InLine Motors a 5-star review not only for their service but also based on facts from a third-party mechanic!

I have purchased 5 cars from Jay over the years. He’s one of the most genuine and kind humans you will ever meet. It’s great to meet people who are not there just to make a quick buck. I highly recommend inline motors and I don’t think you will regret buying from them. The best part of the experience was their honesty and transparency about the damages that the cars had prior to repair.

My experience with Inline (specifically with Ahmad) was great!

As a refurbished/salvage car dealer, most of their vehicles are rebuilt which are inherently more risky purchases than buying new.

That said, the service (transparency, trust, communication) was 10/10. There was no pressure to buy and they made multiple appointments for me to come and check out cars/ask questions.

I was nervous to buy a rebuilt title so I read every single non 5-star review for Inline and got a good idea of what to expect.

Most things you read in these reviews are true. The team is amazing, the service is second to none and they are a business with integrity.

On the down side: the complaints all ring true as well. The car I purchased had a corroded terminal and needed new rear brakes. Neither I identified in the test drive. The shop were willing to fix these at no cost (30day bumper-bumper warranty) but still sold me a car that needed work and I had to come back to their place to get fixed.

They are open to negotiation - in my case, they offered to sweeten the deal with a set of winter tires (tires only) as I'm living in the SeatoSky and they are mandatory.

Bought a 2019 HONDA HRV with low mileage with the help of Ahmad and have no complaints! They were very transparent with everything and very helpful!
