I value the honesty and laid back approach. Definitely don't give off the typical 'used car salesman' vibe - 100% recommend to anyone looking to save some money

Great place for those that don't know much about cars!
I was having issues with a Subaru I bought from here after off-roading a few times, so I called Sam and he told me to bring it in. He had it diagnosed within 2 minutes (dirt in air filter) and he's ordering the filter and having his mechanic change it for me. 10/10

Leaving a rare review on Google because I want to highly recommend Star City Motors. I was looking to purchase a 2nd car as a commuter vehicle but didn't want to finance another vehicle. With the budget I had I was most focused on the quality and history of vehicles I was looking at and I got nothing but straightforwardness and honesty from Sam. New and used car dealerships really could take a lesson from that guy and it looks like many of the other people compelled to leave a rating felt the same. Support the businesses of the good ones and check Star City out if you're looking for a used car.

Great experience at Star City Motors! The communication was excellent and Sam made the process extremely smooth. We purchased the vehicle out of province, the mobile agent made getting the car registration and insurance seamless. We visited many car dealerships in New West and didn’t get a great gut feeling about any until we visited Sam at Star City Motors. If you’re heading to New West to find a car, I’d definitely recommend Sam! He made our first car buying experience in Canada stress free and straight forward. We bought a pretty old car so it’s had some issues since we’ve bought it, but Sam has been more than happy to help us with some of the issues! Appreciate an honest and down to earth sales person :-)

I highly recommend Sam! After a horrible experience of being injured in a car accident (hit by impaired driver) and having my car written off, I was dreading having to buy a replacement vehicle. I have visited many car dealerships in the past, none of which have ever shown me such respect, care and professionalism as the team at Starcity Motors did. I was in the search for a reliable Honda Civic, after weeks of dealing with shady and overpriced dealerships, I came across a listing from Starcity. When I visited, I was shocked at how well SAM treated me. Not only did Sam answer all the questions we had, he also beat all the competitors prices.It was a no brainer for us to buy the car on the spot. We have since referred multiple friends and family to buy cars from Sam. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a car and does not want to go through the hassle of dealing with shady salespeople that don't have your best interest.

Sam was excellent to deal with! We’d been looking for a vehicle, and found what we wanted at Star City Motors. After taking it for a good test drive on the freeway, Sam was worked out a reasonable price, and we purchased. He was very accommodating, and worked around our schedule. Sam was very honest and professional. He helped me out with out-of-province tax and insurance details, and was very knowledgeable in general. The car we bought was in great condition and immaculately clean.

While circumstances (not of their causing) prevented my purchasing a vehicle from Sam at Star City Motors, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, customer service & honesty and how considerate they were.
