Crystal Nails has been my go-to salon for the past 3 years. The staff are so lovely! I’m always so happy with my nails. A huge plus as well is that the pricing is always consistent— no hidden charges as it’s based on exactly what is done to your nails.

Today had my nails 💅 done without an appointment- I called & staff made it happen for me. I also requested for design however it is an additional cost to you. They do have a rewards program though. What I really liked was the attention, care & creativity that Kayla 💯 attended to. Thanks 🙏🏽 KAYLA as you made me feel very special. I know I feel like a Diamond 💎 !

Absolutely love this place. Everyonen is super friendly. They fit me in when they were closed, and my girl Ashley does not disappoint. There prices are also very reasonable, definitely don't have to sell an arm to get your nails done. 5 star ;)

My friend has been going here forever and swears by it. Today I went to get a pedicure and it did not disappoint! Emilia did an awesome job. She gave my cuticles a lot of attention and was so detail oriented. The regular pedi includes callus removal, salt scrum, hot stone massage, etc. Definitely a great deal!

I moved to New West around 6 months ago and was looking for nearby nails places around me. I stumbled upon crystal nails for full acrylic sets every time now. I am constantly pleased with the results of my nails everytime! The staff greeted me everytime and always offer water or tea when I come in. The price is pretty reasonable and they are so gentle with your nails. I have been going to my girl Alina ever time but if she is not available everyone is pretty good! They also have a points system to add up to a free manicure. I recommend this place if you live in new west!!

Everyone here does an incredible job. I work heavy construction and ashleys nails last me a month+ with no breakage! She can also do amazing nail art exactly like the photos shown to her. Top tier nail salon !

Came for a pedicure and got a deluxe one- it was relaxing and really well done. Lots of colours to choose from and they do a thorough job - the girls are so nice too! Definitely recommend coming here in you are in the area and want to try a new salon

New to the area and walk around on a great sunshine day. Passed by this place and came in to try for fill and pedicure and it turns out surprisingly how welcomed and care they gave us. Lily is amazing!!! I needed wedding nails for a wedding I'm in. I did ombré acrylic. She did nails in 1 hour and good conversation will def be back for a fill

I see Trish and she is absolutely amazing and talented. Iv been going here for over 15 years and there is no where better. There has never been a nail pic that I showed Trish where she couldn't give me what I wanted. Maybe a lil more pricey but you get what you pay for

This is my new favourite place for pedicures. Relaxed and friendly. Lovely foot and calf massages with hot stones are the best!

Never been here before. Came in to remove some gel polish. It's a nice, lively location, and the nail techs are super friendly. Got my nails cleaned up and lotioned. I really appreciate the service and care.

First time coming to this place in six years. I’m so happy that I did I received the best service from Kayla. She did a fantastic job on both services my pedicure paying attention to fine detail and was not frustrated with me when I changed my mind twice on my polish colour. I really appreciate her and Customer Service and look forward to visiting again.

I highly recommend!! This is one of the best nail salons I've been to in a long time. They were polite, friendly, and the upmost professional workers. If your looking for a peaceful atmosphere and beautifully designed nails or pampered pedicures this this definitely the place.

Very friendly staff. I go here sometimes because the nearby nail location gave me the cold shoulder once for bringing my kids. It’s not really a “spa”. It’s just a nail place. Crystal nails was nice to my kids. Who by the way we’re not crying or bothering other people. It’s all gals in there anyway so everyone loves them. This place is a bit more professional and I love the location. Nice staff.

I love coming to Crystal Nails. Dayna always does such an amazing job. She is incredibly friendly! Everyone at Crystal Nails is also friendly has well :) I will keep coming back!
