Lions Gate Christian Academy

LGCA is a magical place to learn, grow and be nurtured. My son is in grade 5 and every teacher that he’s had so far has been exceptional. The principal Adam Reid is a beautiful and kind soul. It’s hard to catch him without a big smile on his face. His positivity and warmth really set the tone for the school. He is the heart of the school and a big part of why the teachers are so happy to be there. There isn’t a student he doesn’t know by name and he tries to make a connection with each of them. We are forever grateful that we found this gem of a school.

Excellent school with strong Christian values. Teachers and principal are friendly and approachable. Feels like a big family.
Also love the inquiry-based learning that happens in the upper elementary classrooms. Lots of open-ended, team projects that lead to creative learning and collaboration. My kids look forward to many school events such as yearly science / learning fairs, entrepreneur market etc. Thanks LGCA!

This is my first year at this school and the teachers are so inclusive.And on the first day people are super nice they invite you to play and the place overall looks nice and Mr.Reid the principal is so nice. So yeah this school is great

They appear to be handful of people that do not reflect what the wider body of the parents believe the school or teachers to be. If you are considering sending your child here, reach out to Adam Reid for references from parents who’s children still attend and you will get an accurate review.

We feel blessed that our son is able to attend LGCA. Knowing that he is being educated by brothers and sisters in Christ, is very assuring and clearly visible from the way the teachers care for the pupils and the effort that goes into making the classrooms happy and comfortable learning environments.

We are particularly grateful to Adam Reid for his dedication to Christian education and his desire to see the students grow in faith, knowledge and wisdom.
