I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from West Coast Drainage. From the initial consultation to completion, Lucas and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I really appreciated their transparency and honest recommendations. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing drainage services.

We were shopping around for quotes and there’s was the most reasonable in the area so we went with them. They did the inspection quite quickly and the guy was also very friendly and explained everything pretty well. Glad that it wasn’t as bad as we were anticipating. Overall 10/10!

They did a sewer line replacement in the front of our house. The quote was fair and better than others we received, and also included more. The guys doing the job were courteous and extremely professional. The work was done faster than I expected, and I'm completely satisfied with everything that was done!

West Coast Drainage responded promptly my request to fix one of our Strata's main water shut off valve, carried the work on time and completed with satisfactory ahead the scheduled time. I recommended this company for everyone with level of 5 stars

We contacted them and they came buy and gave us an estimate. Thankfully the whole process was smoother than we thought and the guys did a good job and were on top of things.

We were starting to see some plugging issues and gave them a call and explained the situation. Just as they expected, our main sewer needed major drainage repair done. They came and took care of it all. I liked how they cleaned up all the mess that resulted from the entire job. We are 100% satisfied with the result. Thank you, guys!

This company removed our oil tank ( West Coast Tank Recovery) and replaced our sump and perimeter drainage (West Coast Drainage). The work was done carefully and professionally. The men were courteous and hard-working and took special care to replant our trees, minimize disturbance to our garden, and consider our neighbour (they replaced his sump lid, gratis, after accessing our drainage tiles through his yard). They were generally thoughtful and professional). Our experience was very positive. We felt the estimate of the work was honest and reasonable. The job site was kept neat and well- organized over the course of about 5 weeks work (tank and drain system). I would highly recommend them.

Got a call back in less than 15 min and it was late in the day. Was given an appointment for the next day. David came out, diagnosed the problem and offered different solutions. He explained everything thoroughly. We decided to go forward with the work the next morning and I was grateful that David kept at the problem (we were both getting frustrated!) but he was professional and again offered options for future work. Was upfront about costs and I felt confident in the work being done. Thanks David!

Shanel, David and Paul were extremely prompt in their replies and they explained everything to us. David and Paul are very knowledgeable. My drain tiles were inspected, and flushed out. Customer Service 100%. Don't hesitate, go with these guys.

We needed to find a drain tile company that was BBB rated and be in full compliance with WBC and we found West Coast drainage . Dean the project manager was very knowledgeable and has been in this business over 30yrs. He gave us a reasonable quote for a complete drain tile replacement . Dean and his awesome crew kept us informed during the whole process . The installation was professionally done and the landscape was put back better than before . Very very please will the work and will hire West Coast back for maintenance for years to come. If you're looking for a professional drainage company that won't try to oversell you then I highly recommend WC drainage. Keep up the good work .

Showed up as scheduled, hard working staff, friendly with good communications. Left site clean in spotless. Accommodated kids playing in yard while doing work.
